I bought this full price over a year ago and I still consider it one of my best purchases. I use approx 10hrs a day and still not had to change the batteries.

UPDATE: Price now up to 25.99 but you can still get the black one for 19.99:

also in black @ £19.99, good find OP

Great price, great little mouse... have just ordered but now wondering if I may have probs. I already have a M505 on the wifes laptop in the next room. This one will be for PC. If I operate the mouse as sat at the PC it moves the curser on the laptop.... is this going to be a case of " too good"

I got this Microsoft one and it's great and cheaper:

They should only communicate with their own USB plugs.

ridiculous battery life O_O

Don't care how good this mouse is claimed to be.

Nobody should be paying £17.99 (half price).

Them days have gone people. Get a grip People.

Best mouse i have ever owned

oh and its the only mouse that reaches me reliably
from my tv 15 feet away

Great price, I paid about the same for my M305 during the summer.

Logitech mice are great bits of kit!

what batteries does it take?

Takes AA

Why shouldn't people be paying £17.99 for a mouse? An item they potentially use for thousands of hours a year..
It's silly setting arbitrary limits on the maximum price on an item, it's value is determined by benefit multiplied by use.

wow 365 days x 10 hours a day..those batteries must rank in the immortal range...what sort are they?

I got this mouse around 9 months ago with my pc running 12-16 hrs a day and the duracell batteries havnt needed replacing yet. I've had several mice (both wired and wireless) and this is by far 1 of the best that I've purchased.as for people that don't undrstand or nitrousuk you obviously don't undrstand that a quality mouse can hive you the upperhand with accuracy in gaming or photoediting with the likes of Photoshop etc.if your not a heavy gamer or interested in photo editing then a cheap mouse will probably be fine for you but if you do game a lot then a quality mouse is an advantage.this is a great mouse and I highly recommend it.

You all suck ive done 1 set in about 14 months
and im about 30% through these

If you're after a really good mouse then I can recommend this one

I'm using the M505 at the moment and now that you mention it, I've not changed the batter either. Tempted to get another to replace the wired one on the second pc.... It feels natural in my hand, not too big and not too small. Great mouse.

i have this exact mouse as well it's amazing battery life is unreal on it!

I'm not going to vote either way, but having had a mouse for the last 10 years with a forward and back button on it, I'd find it very difficult to have a mouse without those functions.

I've posted this deal for anyone who is in the same boat.

Looks real nice in black ... Just ordered, thanks!

Best mouse I've ever used, works perfectly straight off my table top & off my leather couch seat.
Paid £30 a year ago, & still using the same batteries.

I've got the MX620. It's a comfortable mouse.
The batteries last for ages. I use rechargeables.
I have two 2.4GHz mice in the same room, one is Logitech, the other is one from Aldi and they do not interfere.

Also mine came with the A1 5yr warranty. The wheel stopped working on mine after about 3yrs, contacted Logitech and they sent me out a new one. Didn't have to send away the broken mouse either, just emailed a photo of the mouse with the serial number written on a piece of paper.

Extremely ergonomic mouse. Agree with all the earlier comments regarding battery life and ease of use.

wortth mentioning this is a a compact size mouse...if you are looking for a normal size mouse or especially if you have large hands then look at it's larger brother the M510 which also has forward and back browsing butons - though this has not been reduced in price.

You can configure the wheel so that you can click it left or right for forward and back. Works for me.
