Last time eMusic were giving 30/40 free downloads away I couldn't find more than ~ 10 songs I actually wanted to download.

Oh and the email alias I used for sign-up with them is receiving 3rd party advertising from time to time, looks like they sold the email address.

I'm still waiting for a deal from them that I bought on the 25th.

On the face of it this seems like a great deal.
That is until you see it's by Groupon.
Too many people already received poor service by Groupon.
Maybe this will get as cold as some of their other deals.
The folks who have previously dealt with Groupon will testify as to the poor service

my experience with groupon is same ie poor
after buying they send mail telling me that terms and conditions have changed, awaiting a refund now

I have used MyCityDeals/Groupon quite a few times and as long as you expect some small print such as dinner offers may only apply certain hours and for certain menus but usually the deals are good. I have, however, never had need to contact Groupon which is when the poor service may appear.

I use Groupon\My city Deals quite often and have had some real bargains from it, that said I've only ever needed to contact them once (over Cineworld tickets) and the Customer Services didn't see to understand the issue or seem able to help

I was seriously tempted to get this. Is it simply not a good deal, can someone explain why so cold?
