Voted cold.
at the end of the day roses are roses
tenner for 18 - not bad
Voted hot to counter this fool...
a) this is for 18 (LIDL deal isn't)
b) this is for luxury roses (LIDL deal isn't)
My other half loves supermarket roses.
Cadburys Heroes, Celebrations & Quality street.
If you can afford ones from a florist, they will naturally be much better, however if you cant, these are a perfectly good gesture too, don't be such a judgmental ****
LIDL deal is cold. Local cemetery has roses laying about which you can collect for free.
roses are roses.
if the same roses were sold in the florist instead of the supermarket i'm sure it would be 'wow - best quality flowers'
snob much?
Well, that's patently not true. A quality florist will use roses which dwarf your standard issue supermarket ones but I agree the snobbery is laughable
Any good stuff out there for anniversaries got one of those buggers coming up to.
If I wanted to maintain them until Saturday, would they still look ok? Have to put them in water, so god knows how they will not get seen before the weekend !
Get one of these, should be OK
Little tip dont buy them until Sat morning .. they will be half price also lol
Otherwise looks great.
That's so wrong.
Wow, that's a fab tip kernowboy! £12 for a proper florists looking bunch. oO Thanks for that!
Lol.
It must be great to be dating someone so superficial who needs money spent on her to know you love her....
I'm sure if you ask nicely they'll let you pay double, then she will REALLY know how much you love her...
Actually, every single time without fail, the flowers i have bought from a florist have been nowhere near as good quality as supermarket flowers!
It says on the "packet" that they'll flower in a vase for at least 5 days
Think I'll wait 'till Thursday to make sure there's no "drooping" on Valentines Day X)
Was going to do the same but then thought "they will be dead by Friday and where would I hide them??" lol.
If yours has a "florist". Ours just puts the flowers out to help yourself...
