I know no one has asked, but here's the hayfever advice that helped me: don't dry any of your bedding, especially pillow, cases outside...it spends all day catching pollen then you put your head on it. Same for t-shirts, tops etc.... anything you wear on top is just a few inches from you nose...don't leave them out getting pollinated all day.

Buy an air filter to leave running in your bedroom.

Replace the pollen filter in your car and press the 'recirculate air' button when driving. Wear sunglasses.

...and take tablets :-)

Bought and heat. Thanks op

isn't this a prescription only medication?
Thanks op just bought
For anyone who gets affected, loratadine is the non-drowsy allergy tablet.
Ordered this yeaterday and awaiting delivery. Struggling this year as Cetirizine not working great for me just now so going to try Loratadine instead

Note - don't go for different qty as that incurs delivery charges. I say this as a combination of other deals looks better value but you then lose the free delivery that is just for this 6 months option.
Thanks for this - voted hot and ordered for my son
Thanks! Much needed and they only have the expensive packs at the local pharmacy at the moment.
I’ve bought And I don’t even get hayfever I thought it was a good deal the wife will be happy

I use citirizine because loratadine makes me drowsy! I think people react differently to them, and you only find out by trial and error
Thanx Op ordered

Bought some of these the other day to stock up. Worth noting that it's only £2.59 for 4 packs of 30, which works out at £5.18 for 8. Cheaper than the 6 packs you get for the 6 month supply:

Guess this is much better deal, bought 8 for £5.18

Thanks.
Heat! Good deal with free delivery. Otherwise getting 2 x the £2.59 for 8 packs = £5.18 + £3.19 delivery = £8.37. Meaning OP's original post is better value.
Bear in mind that it'll take at least 1-2 weeks to get to you (I've been waiting a week for my order already).

MSE has a list of the cheapest at stores: moneysavingexpert.com/fam…es/

Loratadine is more effective at 20mg/day, but at that level it starts making you a bit drowsy, and the "non-drowsy" label was important to them for marketing purposes. So you should be safe to try it twice a day if you need to, and see how much the drowsiness affects you. (Obviously check that for yourself, don't do it if you have kidney problems in particular)

Thanks, ordered 8 months of Cetrizine for myself a few weeks ago but my missus (who has a general allergy, not hayfever) can only take Loratadine.

Ordered.

BTW Quidco is 9.6% and TCB 7.5% so worth checking both before you order.
