Description
Product Description
Nineteen crimes turned criminals into colonists. Upon conviction, these men, guilty of at least one of the nineteen crimes, were sentenced to live in Australia, rather than death. This 'punishment by Transportation' began in 1788, and many of the lawless died at sea. For the rough-hewn men who made it to shore, a new world awaited. As pioneers in a frontier colony, they forged a new country and new lives, brick by brick. This wine honours the history they wrote and the culture they built.

I saw them on sale and thought £16 was overpriced especially if you consider the price of the bottle of wine on its own. In fact looking at your picture the SEL doesn't even suggest a reduction - That's the normal ASDA price, its not reduced

This is a gift set for people who want to drink wine out of a metal cup. This should tell you all you need to know about the quality of the wine. It isn't worth half that price.

Don't drink wine but I've been told by wine drinkers its actually very nice. The tin cups are just a gimmick due to the prison theme. Doubt your everyday wine drinkers will use it with the wine.

It doesn't even tell you what grape has been used to make it. It's the cheapest of the cheap Australian wine packaged with a tin cup and an interactive label. Take away the marketing and you've just got a basic Aussie blend you could pick up for £4 in any supermarket.
