Went skiing in Les Arcs a few years ago - which is linked by huge cable car to La Plagne
and the ski runs were brilliant my chalet had a birds eye view of Mont Blanc
the chalet was not brilliant - but it was worth putting up with for the awesome
scenary & ski slopes.
ESF school was really good - had an old guy called Raymond he was a star !!
Never skied before - but was flying by the 3rd day.

Well worth a look as a ski area - presuming the snows down.
