Can you use this to get a veggie burger or equivelant?

this deal has been going about 3 weeks

just incase you want the t&c
Cheeseburger / Double Cheeseburger 'King Deal' meal includes small fries and a small carbonated drink. Offer applies to stated products only. Subject to availability.

so i doubt you could get a veggie burger with it

All the Burger Kings in the South East seem to be closing down at a rapid rate. I think the nearest one to Eastbourne is in the Haven Holiday Park in Hastings.

Nice find, but as someone else said, BKs can be difficult to find outside the major cities.

Luckily for me, there's a BK round the corner at Liverpool Street station

Did it really need posting?

This 'deal' has been shoved down our throats on TV, in newspapers, and on posters EVERYWHERE for the last few weeks. Not as if there's a single person in the country that didn't already know about it...

Erm, I didn't

Amusingly there is a poster advertising this offer right outside our office.
According to Multimap the nearest Burger King is at a motorway service station 31 miles away (48 minute drive). In reality it is still approx 7 miles away.

So BK are doing a cheese burger, small fries and small drink for £1.99 hay?
Sounds like a Happy Meal to me just without the toy, McDonals do Happy meals for £1.95, hows this a good deal?

McDonalds is vile, 5 minutes after eating it I feel like throwing up.
BK quality is a LOT better than McD's. So yeah, it's much better value.

Also, if you're an adult you feel less of a muppet getting the BK deal as you don't have to walk away with a 'Barbie'/'ben 10' cardboard box....

Why is this expired? Have BK stopped the offer? I can think of 4 BKs within 10 miles of me and probably 12 within 30 miles of Southampton. :whistling:

Not bad, but didn't fill me. Will need to top up with a Subway

Leicester Granby Street is still open, and doing this deal.

burger was small, drink was small

Been going a few weeks and you didn't think to post it first :whistling:

Why has this been expired? The deal is still going on, and it is a pretty decent deal.

Happy Meals in london are £2.15... but you can chose tropicana as a drink!

Burgerking is £1.60 in London... but only fizzy drinks... :x

Anyone know what time Burger King opens at train stations??

mmmm.... burger

Charing Cross doesn't have the Big King deals, I really hate that shop, they never have the deals and their prices are a joke, £3.84 for one Whopper!

I walked out when the bloke said that.

What a ridiculous thing to say! :w00t:

You can argue that Burger King is better than McDonalds, or at least a nice change, there are less screaming kids ... but that's not the point

Would you say to someone "why buy a £20,000 car when you could easily get one thats pretty much the same for less" no because it's down to personal choice

IMO Burger King, even the small portions, are more filling that a McDonlalds but I'm not particularly in favour of one over the other.

Also, Train Stations & Airports, you can almost garuntee, will not be taking part in this offer

I prefer the BK to The McD but the fact that the meat and buns are cooked in bulk and kept in staging units then assembled and microwaved when ordered tends to affect the quality and latley they have been leaving me feeling a little disapointed.

I did a stint in macdonalds during my student days and the standards in the big inner city stores was incredible but once you got out into the quiet out of town drive throughs, you may as well just fish for dregs at a tramps bin rummage!

I have to say, despite being in a Burger King this week I had no idea this offer was.

So, thanks - heat added!

The KING LIVES !!!:w00t:

if you go to Madrid in Spain, there are on average atleast 4 BK's on a main street in the city. I was astonished to see so many in 1 city. I think the spaniards like their whoppers! maybe they have Bull meat?

You'll feel like you robbed us!

If everybody thought like you then this site would be a lot quieter. Your actually proposing that people guess how many others have heard about a certain deal before posting it?

Is this also at motorway services BK's?

anewman;4440925

Probably not, just like the 2 train stations I use that aren't doing the deals...
I bet the one near my work in Canary Wharf isn't doing it either.
