HOOTERS.....honk honk!

I remember seeing an advert for Hooters when I was staying the the Tropicana in Atlantic City ...

the song was basically..Hooters...Hooters..Hooters makes you happy..

Catchy tune I tell thee.....awesome bar!!

And indeed, Hooters make me happy!

Viva Las Vegas!
I'll be back...

Book by 23rd April?!?

Hooters is right down the bottom end of the strip near mandalay bay so you'll end up paying for more in cabs and stuff anyway. Ok deal though but to put this in perspective I paid £539 for a 5 night stay in the Bellagio INC flights last november.

It's just behind MGM Grand, cross the road and use the monorail to go anywhere else.
Cross the road in the other direction and you are at excaliber and NY NY...

I've stayed in most of the big casinos and Hooters is kinda my favourite. (Get's quite quiet at night and is good place to escape!)

A hidden gem!

Wahey! Slot credit! Yee Ha!

I thought hooters were up the top end?

Your doing it wrong.

Just to warn... the $100 slot credit gets you 20 puls on their slot machines where you only get anything back if you hit the jackpot basically....

Having said that, the location is good, the chicks in there are hot and really good on the free drink service too.

$19 is a bargain!

But it says on the Travelzoo website that you have to book by 23rd April.
Am I missing something here?

uk.hotels.travelzoo.com/us-…106

It's a cheap hotel OFF the strip. Why anyone would stay there is beyond me.
As for the comment that it is near Mandalay Bay, and therefore will cost money for taxis, well I have stayed North strip,South strip and off strip Hotels,as well as mid strip, and you need transport wherever you stay,as walking everywhere is not an option.Staying at the Mandalay this year, and you can easily get mid strip by using the free tram to excalibur, walk over to NYNY, then into Monte Carlo, and use the free tram there to get to Bellagio. No cost, and little walking, and your mid strip........simples.

Do they actually flash their bits? OMFG!!

Dodgy, dodgy people.

I usually stay downtown at the Downtowner Motel.
I buy tokens for the bus to go up (or is that down) to The Strip ????
I like downtown it's nice and seedy. :-D

cheapest i ever got was £410 return for a week that was going 17th december land back in manchester 25th xmas day moring that was 2008 flying with thomas cook.

Hooters aint all that tbh bit of a dive but for 18 quid a night you could do alot lot worst, stay away from circus circus. I got a great deal on the mirage just under £300 for a week amazing hotel right in the middle of the strip!

Have fun ride the deuce!

Love Hooters - not the best hotel in Vegas but you can get a decent cheap meal there, good comps and bus and monrail link nicely to the rest of the strip

This place is a scam as far as blackjack goes... i hit on 20 once because i was 'distracted'. I must have lost about $300 that night.

I went to CES in January for £350 return non-stop from Gatwick to McCarran with Virgin.

As for transport, a pass on the bus is dirt cheap - 'The Deuce', as the bus is known, runs right up and down the strip all day and into the early hours too if I recall. Walking will become a chore and you might even find that the pavements randomly stop in places too, which is odd. They do also have the moving walkways that you get in airports too.

Circus Circus is certainly grubbier than other hotels, but you do tend to get what you pay for in Vegas. That said, I stayed in CC and didn't really care, as I was out most of the time and at computer hardware manufacturer parties in private suites in the decent hotels (and boy the Aria has nice suites if you can somehow cough up the cash!).

If I remember right from my trip to Vegas last year the hotel is set back from the strip and it's a bit of a hike to get there in the sweltering heat! Also, the Deuce doesn't stop there so you have to walk to the strip to get it.

Hot price though!

When's the next boat to Las Vegas leave?
