Tesco list this item as discontinued (presumably a new version is now available, but it looks the same) and it's only available in blue.
I know you can get cheaper refurbs from Apple and used items from Amazon etc but I can't find a new unit any cheaper than this.

Obviously if you want it delivered you'll have to pay the delivery charge, I ordered mine for collection in-store. As no-one now lives more than 30 feet from a Tesco, it's not much of an inconvenience!

Note - it comes up a few pence higher than my listed price as the new VAT rate is taken off at checkout.

Hope this is useful to someone

Except of course you can't get in-store delivery at all stores. I pass 3 major branches of Tesco on my way to work - a distance of 5 miles and none of them offer in-store collection.
The nearest one that does is a 90 minute round trip for me - and I live in a major city

Good deal Op just bought myself a refurb from Apple that arrived yesterday (I had mislaid my .last one) so yes this is a very good price as hardly any more than I paid, There is nothing about my refurb one that would tell you it may not be 100% new though.

Fair enough, Tesco's world domination is not quite complete yet then!

but given the collapse of Woolworths, Zavvi and the risk to WHSmiths, Boots etc, Tesco are on the way to UK High Street domination alongside Sainsburys and the others :?

Pity any lone shopkeeper trading as a single store. Uniform Business Rates, Rental of premises, Supermarkets and Amazon are pushing them beyond financial viability in so many high streets

im not voting as i think this is still overpriced. you can get a zen equivalent for £15 which is better, only difference is it doesn't work with itunes.
