Doesn't sound much of a bargain, but anyone who has an older laptop will know that getting hold of memory for them at a decent price is nigh on impossible due to the obsolete yet commodity nature of the stuff nowadays. I've been keeping an eye out for a 1GB stick for my old T41 ThinkPad and this is the cheapest I've come across.

The usual price is £23.95 + VAT & delivery, something like £32-odd delivered which is about the cheapest a delivered 1GB stick can be found at anyway. This is about 14% cheaper than that.

To those voting cold, please share your sources for cheaper PC2700 SODIMMs!

That's the cheapest i have ever seen a 1GB PC2700, the 512MB have always been cheaper. Don't get this confused with the DDR2 and 3 SoDimms they have been cheaper for years. Well dione for spotting this i paid £40 from play not long ago, hot from me

Yes, you're right it is a normal DIMM - I just woke up and was a bit dozy!

I was surprised when I saw this as I'd checked Oyyy many times before.

Must engage brain before posting in future

Edit: The Ebuyer deal works out at £27.99 with super saver delivery, so yes about the same
