Cracking graphics card for a cracking price!

laze

Off-topic, but which is faster - this or the 4890?

This is faster

awesome find, heat added.

Wow... this was around £330 (or was that for the 2Gb version) around Dec08. Good reviews too but what's power requirements.. better check sapphire website.

Just bought the 4890 from Scan over this.

Although this is a V V Fast card according to reviews it has one of the noisiest fans going.

My PC is in the living room so 4890 it was

+1 to that, its currently humming away under the desk as i type...

am looking at 2 of these scan.co.uk/Pro…Fan) yes they do just about sit side by side, although am going to need to support the card as it will be extremely heavy

Anyone know how many 6 pin connectors are needed for this card?

Ouch, how does that work?

I have a 4870 at the moment, and it uses 2 x 6 pin connectors. Can't see any 8 pin connectors on my PSU.
Does the card come with a converter?

Great price/performance.

Awesome, would get but I'm not convinced I need a dual GPU based solution
