Firstly, a huge credit to @edster353 for spotting this and worked for me as £64.99 delivered directly from the manufacturer.

Not sure it will be honored or will incur extra charges upon dispatch or delivery as it shows the VAT is included but the confirmation email says it's 0%. But worth a try ....
19:10 Hrs - Update: It works without the code. Just enter the shipping details to the UK address then the total price will be reduced at checkout.
Now, we know it's not the discount code but looks like a system error so-called a glitch with their system of reconstructing the new tax system or something like that.
It should show the discounted price at checkout before you hit the buy button.
A Little bit of workout needed here :
As mentioned add the drive to the basket and apply the code, it will not drop the price but after that go to the GUEST CHECKOUT without signing, fill in the address.
Use PayPal as a payment method you will see the price dropped to £64.99 at PayPal checkout followed by Crucial Checkout as well.
