To be honest I wouldn’t pay that for a new 1tb HDD let alone a refurb
Got this over a year ago for £27 delivered still working fine...

Really? I can't find any 1TB drives for less.

6 months back I bought two 2TB Drives for £36 each, a couple of months later one 4TB for £50. All new, I’m not saying you can get them now but eventually you will.

I honestly can’t remember, I think it was Amazon and Currys but I’m just grabbing those out of the air. Like I said, long gone but they do come back.

All of the above remain sealed waiting for the one time I’ll need them.

Got the 2tb variant for my Xbox One X. It's fantastic. Have had no issues whatsoever after owning it for over a year. If you're wanting a reliable hard drive for gaming go for this one

The context was that the person was replying to the person saying they wouldn’t even pay that price for a new hard drive as they can be had for much cheaper. Hence the question was links for a much cheaper new 1TB drive.

Hi
My Ext HD connected to my Samsung smart tv gave up the ghost yesterday.
I was thinking of getting this to replace it since I only need a small one for recording the odd programme.
Would this work with my tv?
It's just it doesnt seem to come with a power lead, so would it draw power from the tv in order to run?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
