how long did it take when you got the hot ones?
My kids and I had a few of these earlier this week. They had the turkey wraps and I had the full feast wrap. Theirs should have had cranberry sauce in but didn't and mine should have had mustard sauce but didn't. All should have had baby spinach in too but didn't and the photo of the side of roast potatoes is misleading because we had three each, not the six shown (although there were a couple in the wraps). Took almost 45 minutes to receive the order too. There's a small pouring jug of gravy too which was enough. The meal was hot and they weren't soggy like the ones we had in York (not Toby's) last summer. They were priced at £6.49. I did complain and the waitress said she'd deduct 25% off, even with the voucher. She did first ask if we were having pudding and we were but because of their delays were now running late. I don't know if we'd have got the pudding with the deduction. I assumed she'd take off £3.25 and she was gone ages with my phone (to scan the QR code at their till) and obviously couldn't work it out as she simply deducted the price off one of our £2.70 drinks. Then when she tried to run the bill through the card reader she couldn't find our order so off she went again to sort it out. Anyway, we liked the wraps but may have to try them again to see what they should have tasted like. Cool story, huh p.s. this was in Stevenage.
