Sorry for the mad title, lot of info there, I know!

Pretty cheap day out if you fancy it and you're in the area at the time. Found the tickets to be much more in a few places and the lowest being around £11 each, including this one at Groupon. They have the extra 15% off at the mo though, making this the cheapest I could see.

VIP Tickets can be discounted as well, which gives you some extras that look worth the extra spend, if that's something that interests some of you? Dropped the specifics for that at the bottom of the post. All options on the "Get Deal" link anyways

If you're big on your food it could be something different to go and do this year. Those cakes look insanely good, so if you manage to go... bring me back some, thanks

  • One (1), two (2) or four (4) adult tickets with a show guide for each, or two (2) VIP tickets to Foodies Festival Christmas (up to 63% off)
  • When: 24–26 November
  • Where: EICC, 150 Morrison Street, Edinburgh
  • Opening times: Friday 5 p.m.-9 p.m.; Saturday 10 a.m.-6 p.m.; Sunday 10 a.m.-5 p.m.

The VIP tickets might be around 4x the price, but it's still seems decent for what you get.

"VIP ticket includes glass of bubbly | use of VIP lounge and bar | refreshments throughout the day | priority entry to food and drink masterclasses | exclusive food and drink masterclasses | show guide | goody bag to take home"

Did a bit of research for you, my love. £18 a day at Thistle Car Park. That appears to be on a Saturday, not sure if it changes during the week.

Thank you everyone wants to go but the driver always pays the parking. I should have looked it up myself sorry but I’ve not been anywhere for about ten years. Heat from me thanks again xxx
oh meant to say have a great time when you go xxx

Had free tickets to one of these and so glad we hadn’t paid. Only managed to see one demonstration, hardly any samples, just loads of suppliers trying to sell stuff. A bit like paying to shop at Waitrose or Tesco!.

If you have a disabled permit, parking is free

These should be free. You go there to watch adverts and people selling things. What are you paying for?

Just saw your post and couldn't agree more. Why anyone pays for this is beyond me.

I also echo this. Went a few years ago after winning a pair of tickets and we were v. Disappointed. The food at the stalls also seemed overpriced when you'd perhaps expect vendors to offer big discounts to make you interested in their wares which is kinda what the point is.

Visited this in Newcastle and paid £15 for two tickets on groupon - still a rip off! Paying to access the same old food stalls you see at any event, paying for the opportunity to buy a £7 hot dog, don’t bother!

Thanks for posting - voted cold

It is at the EICC on Morrision St. If you have a blue badge, there is on street parking right outside the venue.

FYI when they did the Foodies Festival at Alexandra Palace earlier in the year they ended up giving away free tickets near the venue on the day before.
