Just scanned through it and food wise it's pretty similar to NHS advice.
Been intermittent fasting since the May using the 5/2 method (5 days eating normally 2 days 500 to 600 cals) and lost 3 stone (19 Kg) and feel really good compared to how I did feel. There is a good Horizon program on fasting with Michael Mosley.
