Quidco doesn't seem to work?
I can't even get through the first box, its like chewing on a brick
Maybe try heating them up for 20-30 seconds in a microwave?
I'll stick to making my own, better quality anyway :-) .
SHRED5 will give you 5% off
got it from my friends website cheapproteindiscountcodes.co.uk/ where he posts discount codes for some of the big sites, so might help people find some good deals for HUKD in the future (_;)
sorry somebody beat me to it
I think these bars are supposed to be combined with activity to burn the carbs. Like sports or the gym. Not to munch on while sitting at home on the sofa.
and how often do u bother doing that?
Make a load and freeze them.
lol
probably the same people that think to lose fat u skip breakfast and eat one banana a day and miss all your meals. Thus slowing down your metabolism to a halt meaning u actually get fatter.....
Yeah spot on, these are not that bad. Not optimum but not many are and at the end of the day they're a convenient source of protein. You could get away with them being a meal replacement if you are cutting/losing weight.
Slight exaggeration I hope lol. Your metabolism will almost stop but if you only have a banana a day you will lose a lot of fat and more importantly a lot of muscle. You will also faint regularly and not be able to do a workout but hey if you really want those like 2 week abs.
