OK, so it ain't free but it's nearly free! Oldham Athletic's next home league game is just £2 for everyone, including away fans.

It's been a pretty bittersweet week for the club, who are having agreat season, yet have been kyboshed by the Charities commision in their hunt for a vital new stadium. So a big crowd against Carlisle would be a brilliant pick-me-up and going off this season, you'll be in for a good game of football too, I'm sure.

It's probably advisable to get a ticket in advance from the club, but I believe you can pay on the turnstile.

£2 ,watch out Arsenal and Chelsea ,fans might start moveing on,if these price`s move south.

Redhot from me! Don't vote cold if you're not a fan of the teams, especially if you're from rochdale! £2 for anyone to watch a league game, great value!

Red hot from me.

Brilliant! Just a shame none of the so called "bigger" teams would follow suit.

Heat added.

Red hot from me.

Excellent avatar.

Hot for me!!!

Hi there

If it's £2.00 each to get in.

Then how much is it to get out !!!

Excellent price for a game of football. Hope they fill the stadium.

I've just been stung £30 for the Leeds v Barnsley match. Shocking price for a team that was in the same league as Carlise and Oldham last season.

brilliant deal wish my club would do this but never do

Fantastic deal, c'mon Oldham.

Am from Rochdale but my fella said he is going to take my little lad...!!

Brilliant offer! Even if you're not a fan it's worth getting down to see this team.

Slick passing football and lots of goals at Boundary Park this season!

Thanks might be helpful for family in oldham

Cracking price and a good team with good fans

Well as a Oldham fan this is hot from me :-)

Hot from me, come on Latics, lets finally get out of league one this year

Good deal but why not do it for a saturday game. Midweek games are very difficult to get to unless you live locally.

Then again of course that may be the point; they want to attract local fans who've been paying £40-50 a ticket to watch the two Manchester clubs. They're probably not fussed about neutrals who just turn up once a season?

Great deal, shame I live in Spain.

Will Mark Hughes be playing? I am not keen on seeing a load of crying Oldham fans again.

Cracking price and a good team with good fans

.... but what about Oldham?

cheers i'll be making sure to make an appearance!

Dickov = City legend

Phenomenal offer - should get insanely hot.

This is the Boxing Day match that got postponed due to a frozen pitch. If you want a guaranteed seat then you need to buy a ticket for the Main stand, otherwise everything else is unreserved and you'll have to fight the crowds to queue up on the night for the Chaddy End and Rochdale Road End. If you have already bought a ticket back on Boxing Day for £18, then you can go back to the ticket office and get a £16 refund and keep your ticket

Got my ticket today and matchday travel see all you oldham fans at Wembley oooops i mean Boundry Park hahahahahaha Up the Cumbrians
