Great deal!! I have tried a few Chosen By You products and have been pretty impressed. 50p for a sandwich is cheaper than chips!!!

I haven't seen this deal anywhere so apologies if its a duplicate.

Just flicking through the SUN newspaper and saw the offer in the center section Captain Crunch on page 3.
Starts today.
I couldn't find a link.

Was in asda today getting sandwiches and no sign of this offer. Was buying more than one anyway and offer did not go through, just full price.
Voted it hot, this is how much ready made sandwiches should be!
Problem is with any supermarket sandiwches is they taste like dog dirt
good price thought if you desperate for that snacky
neva seen these sandwiches at my local asda
The chicken tastes like Seagull meat, chewy and bland
asda do make the worst sandwiches out of them, tesco and sainsburys imo. Tesco's are my fav.
Lets hope they washed their hands before they made these sandwiches!

Bit of bacteria may give them a touch of flavour
blurgh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Chavsda sandwiches - no!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Made me shudder reading this. I had a Bacon egg Mayo one the other day, they forgot to add shell to the tittle, it had the biggest bits I've ever had in a sarnie. Chosen by who? Calcium deficient people.
When you too kit back to asda they said
Shell we offer you another
"Chosen By You" in Asda generally translates to "Avoid at all costs" ... never had anything from this range that was even remotely edible and I have tried a few.:(
I must be easily pleased, I think they're fine. Salmon & cucumber, egg & cress, prawns. Whadaya want for a quid or so.

lol

Wow! Where can I buy seagull sandwiches? Do they come with mayo? lol
I imagined that seagulls tasted of chips and donuts.

I posted a pic of limited edition sandwiches as i couldn't find the right one.

The offer is listed on the Captain Crunch page in the daily Star. I still have it in front of me so the deal should be live.

Probably made by east european cheap labour,so think not ! I've lived in parts of eastern europe so am well aware of their lack of all sorts of standards (before anyone accuses me of racism).

Bladdy good workers tho.
i agree with many of the posts here. they are absolutely tasteless. i would rather go to tesco and buy a tuna crunch sandwich for 79p.

my friend is eastern european and is spotless and her home is like a palace and kids are beautiful...you think EE people are dirtier then the druggy scum living in our towns??

and re asda sarnies i like the cheese one (_;)
thanks for sharing op x

You're obviously not cooking it right then (_;)
I find Tesco sandwiches poor. More choice at Asda for us Veggies.
Bear Bargains

...and since when do you cook a sandwich? oO
I think all the supermarkets have equally poor quality sandwiches but when you're getting 2 for £1 at least you're getting better value for your money!
Finding egg shell is always a problem with ASDA sandwiches but a good price though. I'll check the local at lunch time.

I've worked in restaurants with bad hygene standards. So by your standards does that then apply to the whole of Western Europe? Does my experience in a Glasgow restaurant mean that restaurants in Toulouse are grubby, and have bad hygene standards?

Ridiculous statement.

(Back on topic, voted hot for an excellent deal).

guys if you have a waitrose near you... its worth having a look in there... their essential waitrose sandwiches are between £1 -£2 but probably taste better than asda's finest lol
Will never buy The Sun again - so good on you for saving each of us from having to line Murdoch's pockets. Good spot.
Made youself the sandwiches are probably cheaper and a lower salt and fat content.
Procecessed sandwiches -v- McDonalds' is there a difference?

Eat fresh... make your own!

I have always wondered what seagull tastes like - where can you buy seagull sandwiches?

its probably only on there classy range of crisp and jam sandwiches

What's wrong with salt or fat?
