Good spot, slightly disappointed with some of the selection on there but found 2 books I liked

for some reason the sci fi and fantasy genre didn’t turn up when I first loaded the page so might be worth refreshing if you don’t see it

Came up for me OK. Recently listened to Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell in this genre; not sure if it is included in the sale though. It is a very long book and takes awhile to get going, but if you stick with it it is a really good listen. The orator is cut out for this style of book. A different genre, but well worth a listen, is toast on toast. How he gets away with what he says I don’t know, but I found it very funny and recommend it.
Must join again, can anyone tell me how to activate the 3 for 3 months for £3.99 deal? Also, I don't see credits on Ebay anymore, they must have been banned?

I know this deal will get me 2 for the price of one.

There's also a lot of free material like Crackanory only available to members but I've built up a wish list on Audible so I know not to panic buy.

I rejoined yesterday on a free 3 month trial. I was previously a member and cancelled a year ago.
I rejoined by clicking on a kindle book, changing to Audible book and up came the option to join for 3 months free.
I expected it to say I wasn't eligible but no.
Worth a try.

Shame this wasn't posted yesterday as I've now used this month's credit and the book I picked is in the promotion.

Simply return the book and then reuse the credit. Audible have a great returns policy.

Thanks for this.

I'm also looking for a recommendation or two. I usually like the crime, mystery type fiction books. Was thinking of giving the Chris Ryan, Masters of War a shot.

Jeffery Deaver always goes down well, though I’ve not read either of his that are in this sale. I’m a big fan of Raymond Chandler, so I’m going to give The Black Eyed blonde a try.

I recommend the space team series by Barry. J Hutchison. It's Terry patchett meets Douglas Adams meets Rick and morty. Extremely well written characters and hilarious.

Typical fiction, Jeffrey archer, Ian Rankin, John Grisham, or some new Brett battles type.

The choices seem better in Sci-fi and literary fiction that in crime fiction in this sale. All I can suggest is Deaver, or perhaps Benjamin Black if you fancy a slightly more literary approach to crime fiction. Black seems to divide opinions, so make sure you listen to a sample first.
Thanks op. Any other recommendations to try out (given the free credits)

If you’re prepared to try sci-fi, the Richard Morgan novels are excellent (though they are the second and third books in a series). The Science Fiction Hall of fame audiobooks are also excellent value if you like classic science fiction.

I’ve had the non-fiction book Good for Nothing (about psychopathy and altruism) on my wishlist for a while, so I’m going to grab that.

Is that Richard Morgan series the books that they made into the Altered Carbon series on Netflix? I have not seen it yet, but it’s on my watchlist.

Yes, the second and third book in the series are there but not the first one for some reason.

Sorry for the late reply. Have you tried this code from vouchercodes? I don't know if it works as I'm still a member.
