Ghostbusters 1 n 2

Ghostbusters 1 n 2

I've been waiting for ghostbusters 2 to be a decent price for bloody ages
3 for 30 with a larger range from zoom. Although Bumblebee sold out fast, that's a real bargain at a tenner.

I couldn't find three there I was interested in, here I was able to get Moon (which has only just come out) and ghostbusters 2 (that hasn't been this cheap before)
Ordered 6x films 2x of which i recently bought from Amazon's 2 for £30 offer so gonna return them.
Has anyone managed to use a free delivery code? Thanks

That's fair enough, Moon is a good price. Zoom have some they don't too but best of both worlds
Moon very good film
Comes up as £30 for me with 2 of the titles in my basket?

They have 2 offers running 2 for £20 or 2 for £30. Click on the offer you would like to see.

Yeah thanks
I accidentally picked hitmans bodyguard from the wrong category.
Still waiting for them to send Spiderman Homecoming from the beginning of the month when I bought it in the 2 for £30 sale, now it's in the 2 for £20 and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. Customer service is shockingly bad.
Hkud zavvi deal in heat shock 😁
I see mention of Ghostbusters above. As much as I hate DNR, and normally don't mind a bit of grain, Ghostbusters UHD is terrible in my opinion. Way too much grain for me so I sold mine on after watching them and sticking with my Blu-ray steelbooks. I was really disappointed. Partly the source, but shows up way too much of the bad in it.
Why would you buy a movie? Why would you even watch it more than one time?
Plus 20% cashback for "new" customer and £2.50 bonus on TCB, hopefully making bumblebee and Spiderman £14.50 for both 😁 🏻 bargain

Cut in the UK sadly

That 6 seconds makes all the difference

Does to me as does not supporting zavvi

So if it was Amazon selling it you would buy even with the 6 seconds missing

Makes your original post even more pointless tbh

Not what I said now is it.
I know reading is really hard.
It is two reasons not to buy it dear.

Why do you return items which have nothing wrong with them? Your just waiting people’s time and money.

I'd buy it to watch it...I'd watch it more than once if its really good.
You see people who wonder why anyone would buy a movie really need to move on because you aren't worth the time.
mikewadkins3525/08/2019 17:39

Uncut is always better

Not always but in any event I couldn't imagine 6 seconds makes a huge difference to a kids film

Always

You're just one of those people who wants the uncut version or nothing then. Not everything is available easily that way. And recuts have been shorter and make a film tighter. Anyway I really enjoyed Bumblebee and honestly whatever that tiny cut was wouldn't make the film better or worse. So pointless complaining really.

The uncut is available for the same price so do or don't, but support Zavvi and you are a mug

I didn't buy it from zavvi. If you're telling me the uncut 4k bluray is a tenner then fair enough.

I was just trying to understand if people really watch it more than one time. It’s so expensive that I would only buy if it was going to be watched at least 5 times, which doesn’t make sense if it’s the same person watching probably... Cinema is so cheap nowadays and having a VPN to download anything you want should make this kind of product useless with time... But ok, I know I will not change your mind and that’s not my intent. Was just trying to understand your minds...
XNET25/08/2019 22:10

You didn’t answer my question... If you can rent for example for £3, why would you buy it for £20 if you’re probably going to watch it only once?

1) because it isn't £20, it's £10

2) because the quality of a physical disc is far superior to a stream

You dont buy films youre only going to watch once.

That would be stupid.

But downloading films for free instead of paying is a detriment to the business. Yes you can rent films but not everything is available to rent.
There are people who watch movies and there are those who collect movies and enjoy the film on their terms in best quality (streaming isn't as good) or like watching extras etc. Yes they are obviously expensive at full price but buying on sale is fair enough like this.
It's just different types of people I suppose. Those who want a digital only future or those that cherish the physical media and actually own something
