If you register online at the Homebuilding & Renovating Show via this specific link, you can get up to two free tickets for the regional shows at eight different venues between now and June 2019. Your ticket, which would normally cost £8-£12 in advance (plus a £1.50-£2 booking fee) or £12-£18 on the door, will get you free entry on any one day of the show.

Here are the venues to choose from:

ExCel, London (21-23 Sep 2018)
RHC, Edinburgh (20-21 Oct 2018)
HCC, Harrogate (2-4 Nov 2018)
Bath & West Showground, Somerset (17-18 Nov 2018)
Farnborough International, Farnborough (19-20 Jan 2019)
NEC, Birmingham (28-31 Mar 2019)
SEC, Glasgow (1-2 Jun 2019)
Sandown Park, Surrey (29-30 Jun 2019)
You can get free tickets until 3pm the day before each event, or when all 3,000 pairs of free tickets have gone, whichever’s sooner.

Tickets will be emailed to you and you’ll need to print them out. Children aged 16 or under can go free anyway.

What is the Homebuilding & Renovating Show?

The show includes suppliers exhibiting their latest products, free seminars and masterclasses led by experts within the industry on topics such as design, self-builds, energy efficiency, budgets and legal issues.

BEWARE
This is an information gathering exercise to get information that the exhibition organisers otherwise would not have had access to, that is the name, e-mail address, telephone number and mobile number as well as the physical address of the second ticket holder that you will be bringing with you as you have to enter the details of the person that you will be bringing with you even though they may not want those particular detailes revealed.
Very clever, however this is not two free tickets for one person to use as they will, it is an information gathering execise for future mailing list sales for the SECOND person that you will be bringing with you.

If you in tick the boxes for them to contact you in the future then you should be fine. Or use an email address that isn’t your personal one and you can guarantee to not see junk mail

They are asking for details of the person that you will be bringing with you, that is not covered by the exclusion clause that asks whether they can contact you/use your details, you have given them SOMEONE ELSE'S details and they can do what they want with that unfortunately
