Seems like a decent price for this trip. When booking select the NH Brugge hotel (located close to the centre) and the list of available dates will show. These are the 1st - 3rd, 8-10th & 29th - 31st March. You will need to book two vouchers and then proceed to book with the agent Crystal Travel. Use the code WELCOME at checkout for new customers or ENDJAN for existing customers (15% off). If you have any queries I would recommend phoning Crystal Travel before booking! Meals are not included on the cruise. Additionally, as the cruise arrives into Zeebrugge, you will need to catch the hourly train service into Bruges. This costs approximately £4p/p each way.

The Itinerary
  • Board the cruise from Hull to Zeebrugge (1 night)
  • Reach Zeebrugge, explore the city, overnight in a hotel (1 or 2 nights)
  • Return cruise from Zeebrugge to Hull (1 night)
  • Reach Hull, UK

Hotel Info
Located in a former 17th-century monastery, the four-star NH Brugge Hotel offers a restaurant serving hearty French cuisine and a bar where refreshing tipples may be enjoyed. When not out and about, guests can unwind in their elegant rooms with en suite facilities, while the culinary feast can be enjoyed in the hotel’s restaurant.

Go straight to the port, do not stop in Hull for any reason whatsoever.
P&O ferries , not P&O cruises .
2 different companies.
This is for a ferry not a cruise .
Got excited until I realised it was a ferry lol

They’re called mini cruises on their site, I like it!

If you want a few cheap drinks and grub do go into Hull before heading to port. The prices on board are very expensive and you can no longer take your own drinks on the ship. Try Wetherspoons Admiral of the Humber, cheap food and drink, fill up before boarding.
This isnt a cruise, you're a foot passenger on a ferry.

Great if you want to dance the night away with burly lorry drivers at the truckers disco i guess.

It's referred to as a mini cruise by Groupon and P&O Ferries. The word cruise is within the itinerary.

There's nothing misleading about calling it a cruise here. Adding "mini" to the title may help though.
It reminds me of that great movie with Colin Farrel. In Hull or something.

I think the word cruise is used fraudulently. People will expect a proper cruise.

I think an asterisk next to the word would suffice with a small print clarifying that it's nothing of the sort..

Nope but I’ve lived across the uk, there are far worse cities. Including those that the majority of the population would think Hull is worse than.

I disagree. Hull has some of the worst crime stats in the entire country.
It's not like where I live is paradise, but it's far from the mogadishu that hull is.

Agreed, we should raise the necessary funds and take them to court. It's only through the wrath of the justice system they will change their sneaky ways.

I pledge 22p to the cause.
We went in January, ohhhh my god it was so rough, I've still got vertigo now! I'd definately go again though and recommend an extra night in Bruges so you can catch up on lost sleep in a comfy hotel bed and get a decent shower! If you find your cabin isn't suitable you can usually upgrade on board for not much extra, we upgraded to a 4 bunk just so we could have a bit more room for £15... Recommend taking a mini fan as the cabins get really hot! And double socket adapters as there's usually only one socket, two if your lucky! Make sure you go in every chocolate shop for the free samples

Iv'e done this years ago on the winter two for one deal. Had a great time. Bruges is idyllic. The ferry is fine, good bars and good food. It's superb value at that money. Heat added.
Love Bruges

One of the definitions of cruise is ‘to travel over water in a vessel for pleasure’ so I think you might be wasting your 22p;)

I was being sarcastic.

I'm not sure what's more exciting... going to Belgium or Hull!

Also, does this include a table at the captain's dinner?
