I'm sure they're not bad for just wearing at home. Heat

I bought these to wear when I have my contact lenses in as I can't read anything close up so great when wanting to read food labels when out shopping!

The optician rec I buy something cheap with a +1.00 prescription and these are ideal.

They are quite sturdy, especially the metal ones, well worth the price for one pair never mind two.

To be honest they don't look much different from the bottom of the range ones in the opticians.

They are fine, I get hubby a pack when I go home bargains as he has a habit of losing them or sitting on them (they don't seem to like that as they bend and glass pops out lol) great price. Have had them in Longton home bargains for a while

You are welcome!

To be honest I wasn't expecting a lot for the price but they are great for the price.

I have even put a pair over the top of my distance glasses when I couldn't find my reading ones, when on the pc.

Plastic.

The ones in the plastic frames look like plastic but had to double check the metal framed ones, they look more like glass, don't think it is though.

By the way, they do have different pairs but you can't tell what the pair underneath the two looks like, the packs are sealed.

The metal framed ones I got are the regular oval type shaped specs in dark frames, the platic ones are the really thin continentl type ones in a graduated dark rose coloured plastic, ie the to of the frame is very dark and goes lighter dow the sides and bottom of the frames.

Well my optician told me I have an astigmatism and I can use them but as I say, only when wearing my c/lenses or over the top of another pair of specs (obs only indoors! )

So what do you do if you have an astigmatism? Do you always get prescription ones?
