joking aside, this is a great deal..

If you sign up to the newsletter you get a free shipping code.

Thanks

I don't think the codes stack but FREESHIPUK is the code for free delivery

Banned

Freeshippinguk code does not work on 2 for £10.

Great if you need reading glasses, will take a look at website as Boots were too expensive for me.

It worked out cheaper for me to use the free delivery code than to use the 2for10 +delivery. Unless I'm not doing it right.

Best timing. Just about to go to the optician and I'm sure I will need to change my current glasses

I've used glasses direct multiple times. Will never buy glasses on the high street.

Need a decreet looking, but not ugly looking ones for driving, which would you guys recommend?

Very good reviews on trust pilot

Can't the companies being reviewed go on Trust Pilot and remove negative reviews to make themselves look good?

website is poo

i ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses with a light brown tint and what looked like a tortoise shell patterned frame. it's difficult to see on the website.
when they arrived the lenses were a yellow tint. I wore them anyway. my son then collapsed in fits of laughter as he pointed out to me that the tortoise shell pattern was in fact 'Transformers characters' (not mentioned anywhere in the description)

Haha sorry that made me chuckle. Funniest thing I've read on here for a while.

The Mrs just ordered a couple of pair from Glassesdirect tonight. Were £65 for 2 pair including free tint and used code to get 50% off. So only £32.50. Could have gone for £55 ones too if you are happy enough with em. Seems a better website but can't compare quality. Not sure if anyone tried both sites out?

these are good value and prescription spot on, but take 2-3 weeks to arrive from pakistan I recall, well worth the wait

I have bought quite a few pairs from Goggles4u, make sure you measure the frame size of a pair of glasses that are comfortable on you and then check those sizes against a pair you like from the site, the BOGOF offer is a good one.
I do not know of any UK based compamy that can offer glassses as cheap as this. I have had a couple of pairs that were made to the wrong prescription but as long as you contact them straight away they will replace them with no fuss.

Especially those who measure their papillary distance with a ruler.

I nearly choked on my pizza. Damn that was funny. Sorry.

I guess you are trying to justify spending ten times as much

Do you also own an iPhone 6?

No problem, As I said, that was just a very quick search I haven't done a lot of research but I've heard about them before, so any companies with exceptional reviews on Trust Pilot immediately casts my doubt on them.

I can confirm Trust Pilot manipulation is true. TP wouldnt accept my bad review for Fragrences Direct after they made me go back 3 times to pick up my 'Click & Collect' after not accepting the confirming email and my matching creditcard as proof of identity. Said I wasnt allowed to comment on shop's service policies in my review of the shop !

Not working for me 2 for £10. Am I doing something wrong

This company should NOT be allowed on hukd. Shame on mods & site owners for allowing these thieving barstewards to be advertised.

Explain

Ordered rimless glasses. Lenses broke (cracked around screws) on two separate pairs. Local optician confirmed the lenses were not suitable for rimless glasses. Didn't get refund, kept offering replacement. Tried legal action but to no avail as they're not a UK company. £60 out of pocket. Thieving Barstewards.

Do you think that maybe your local pharmacist wasn't being impartial? I wouldn't go by their word when they're speaking against their competitors
