bigger than I'm used to but I am up to the challenge
Guys. I bought 4 of these, when they were 2 for £98 late November. I have subsequently sold them all. I found performance/stability was radically improved once i added a WAM250 hub (which i got for peanuts from eBay) but just didnt enjoy the experience, performance, or the App. Personally they're probably worth £50 as a bluetooth speaker. As a multiroom wifi set-up, this is NO Sonos. Have a good read of the many forums out there.
If you are using more than one, then the Hub is an absolute requirement.
In my opinion there is a very good reason these are being sold off

that is actually an amazing deal though I just realised it says 2 in the title
Not letting me go pass delivery page
I had to order to collect in store to make the deal work, but it went through. Amazing deal.

Not letting me go pass delivery page

me neither
How do you get the price down, it shows full price for me
Tried two different browser - not going pass the delivery page. So seems like issue with the site at the moments, tried other items too.

My bad i misread the multiroom app as use of the hub.. i see you sold your two on eBay IL give the r7 a bash anyway.
Pasting voucher code works fine, as does ordering for collection. I got to the checkout and have demonstrated usual HUKD restraint.
Ordered, thanks!

I did, and honestly i wanted to like them. The thing i liked best about them was that my Sammy KS7000 immediately recognised them, and when selected as the audio output via the TV remote, the TV would automatically configure them as front L&R stereo pair. That bit worked really well.
The latest App update, a couple of weeks ago improved a few things, but i think anyone buying these as a serious multiroom home install will spend a lot of time reading about other people woes when things don't act the way they should.
Again, i cannot overstate how important the WAM250 is. If you read of others experiences, you will see that many routers just do not play nicely with these speakers, and when we tried them on my friends network the speakers would connect once then disappear until you reinstalled the app, as has been reported by hundreds of others. it was this that led me to buy the WAM250 (£15) before even trying it at my place. i didnt have any disconnection problems, but it was the little things that bugged me, such as if you configure as a stereo pair, you cannot swap to bluetooth within the app, etc etc literally etc.

Can't say I agree, I also bought 4 from the black friday deal and have been pleasantly pleased with my set. I have one in the bedroom and one floating around the house (added bonus of having a built in battery). Switching between the speakers is not an issue when using Spotify premium and connection has been rock solid with sound quality being brilliant. For reference I have a netgear nighthawk router placed at the centre of the house, I have listened to sonos in store and wasn't really impressed. I would say ensure firmware has been updated and you're connected to a 5ghz network to avoid interference. Looking forward to using these in the garden during the nice summer days lol

Well there we are. i don't doubt your words. I would simply say that the problems i encountered were identical to the literally hundreds of disgruntled owners post's out there. i am tech savvy, and not one to shy away from a network "hitch". I can only speak as i (and so many others) have found. You will note that the number of used units has radically increased on eBay very recently, whereas the initial glut of new bought-for-profit new units has tailed off (but no doubt soon to be bolstered again)I
I can only hope all find as you have :-)

I completely disagree. I have 2 R7s and 2 R6s. The app is actually great and works flawlessly in my household.

Only negative is no Google Play

So using them as left and right channel isn't too great...also you need a fairly new TV. My F9000 can't connect to more than one audio device.
