2 Ready to eat Mango's for 99p at Aldi

Found 19th Jul 2013
I buy these every week and I think they were £1.79 so 99p for 2 Mango's is a cracking price to say Sainsburys are 1 for £2!!!

In store only, obviously. This was on a printed SEL, not a marker pen mark down so should be nationwide I would think.

Good find, Heat from me

I often find aldi epic for good low cost food but the veg does go off quickly

Are these the same as the ones (from Africa and of the Kent variety) that Asda had on offer at the start of July for 50p each?

Do I have to eat both, ye know, since they're ready and that?

Been there yesterday!! i was told off!! they dont take credit card.....post it just for info!!!

Well said (but you'll be branded a grammar nazi!).

A few rude and uncalled for comments here. Can we get back to the deal in question? Aldi have taken a lot of stick recently because of their parking policy but continue to come up with good quality food at value prices.

man goes in aldi?

well you get anything these days.

voted hot..ps whilst ramadan is on most asian shops will have boxes of man goes on offer...

I was also going to point out the free apostrophe! By the way, "mangos" is also a perfectly acceptable plural form of mango.

they do accept credit cards , just not american express !

Every branch I've ever used takes only debit cards - not credit cards - to keep costs down. Which branch takes credit cards?

im in Scotland so maybe it works different up here but every Aldi here takes credit cards - amex cards !

Oh no they don't!

You do understand the difference between a credit card and debit card don't you?

I see there's a few ALDI haters here.

ok some facts about LIDL and ALDI:
They do NOT accept credit cards so cash or debit cards only
No free bags, you will have to pay 3p for the cheapest bag
They will NOT pack items for you, you will have to do it yourself

Well none of the above doesn't matter to me as I save quite a lot buying some good quality food at a cheaper price.

Now talking about this deal, most likely a local specific as my local ones do not sell twin-pack ones.
Really good price if you can get them,

Fruits a gamble, I know that going in. Still are these actually edible? So much fruit I buy is wasted as from when I buy it till I need to bin it, it is never ripe.

p.s. Aldi is awesome and so is Lidl.

Besford

Oh no they don't!

Oh yes they do!

Aldi stores accept cash, Maestro, Delta, Solo and Electron card only. Visa and Master Card credit cards are accepted in Scottish and selected Welsh stores only.

Steal the OP's unnecessary apostrophe and insert it where it needs to go!

Aldi are german. Would prefer to buy from a british company like morrisons

Each to his own. Presumably you buy your energy from British Gas? And buy British mangos?

Its important to buy british and support our own country. Why would i support germany before the uk

some more facts..
they don't have CS desk so if you want to return anything you have to join queue again...
at the till you are expected to rush. Put your stuff quickly in trolley and not in your bag. if you have just basket...good luck.
everything they sale is packed no weighting at tills.
most Aldi and Lidl stores staffs are from curtain ethnic backgrounds (both different )

What the hell does Aldi and lidl store staffs ethnicity have to do with anything? Why is that even an issue to bring up?

I'm sorry. There is only room for ONE type of Nazi of this site and we will JUDGE EVERYONE by their level of their written English.

Unfortunately, your comment had to be corrected as it went through our screening process. (See quote) Prepare to be exterminated. Have a nice day.

I am terribly sorry to have caused such offence. Had I realised how precious apostrophe(')s are to you, I wouldn't have wasted one so selfishly. Oh the humanity.

Do you ever think that maybe you are really angry with yourself? Just a thought.

why's that m8?

I am however incredulous that, syntax aside, there are relatively few grammar rules in English and supposed native speakers can't grasp this, the most basic of them. there bonker's
