Liking the price of these, they look identical to the Abru ones that Argos have at £44.99 at the moment. It's £5 extra for delivery, making it £43, which is still £1.99 less than C&C from Argos. Or you could use the B&Q Free C&C option.

If you want an extending ladder to drill a hole on say an external wall may I suggest you do not buy a loft ladder!

If you register for b&q club I think you get a voucher for £5 off a £30 or over purchase.
Assuming your not already a member.

If you afford the extra, go for the wooden ladder. Much more comfortable to use.

Isn’t the Aldi one better?

any links for wooden or aldi one ?

Agree, at full extension they are very wobbly, over 13 stone and it makes you nervous....

Wooden is much better but at this price still worth it. Heat

I bought this ladder a couple of weeks ago. After using it i just wanna say i wish i could return it,yes its within returns period but i used it when i was plastering so its a bit muddy now.. it works fine if u dont extend it, but if u extend it and u stand on top using it not as a loft ladder but for height reaching e.g. U wanna drill a hole on ur external wall about 2.5m high,u'll find it wobbly and VERY unsafe. When u stand on top u'll find it bending a little.. i only weigh 65kg thats just over 10 stones. It is quiet light..that being said maybe its why it feels cheap&unreliable?

I also would recommend buying a wooden loft ladder if you can stretch to it. More stable and much more pleasant to touch after you extend it from your frozen loft.

Why would anyone be stupid enough to use a loft ladder outside, extended, for drilling holes in walls. This must be the reason why manufacturers have to put warning labels on products to protect themselves.
Darwin award could be on its way in the future.

Same could be said for a lot of tools, I wouldn't for example buy rubber gloves to work with uninsulated tools because I couldn't afford decent insulated tools.

I was also stating that regardless what i used it for, there's still the fact that when u stand on top,its very wobbly and feels cheap. On the note of using things for correct purpose, tell ur bf that his backside is for passing excrements..not for your fun. Hilarious enough?

Anyone got a link to a wooden one?

Wow, Your ability for being stupid (and posting idiotic comments) is only matched by your immaturity in throwing playground insults,
Grow up.

Says u posted the pic in previous comment. "Its only funny until someone gets hurt then its frikkin hilarious".. Im sorry whos hurt now? Lol. I was only stating a point,u had to be an arse posting the pic acting like ur smart. Im nice if ur nice. If ur gonna be nasty i'll be nasty too. Have u always used things for the intended purpose in ur entire life? Not even once have u not? If u've already got some vinegar that will remove a stain but doesnt work as well as a detergent, just requires more scrubbing..then why waste money buying detergent when u will achieve the same with vinegar. Ok im stupid for not buying the correct type of ladder when i simply just needed a cheap one and will be putting it away for collecting dust after one or two uses. I can say vinegar's crap for the job, i can say when i stand on top of the loft ladder it feels cheap&wobbly, just like u can call me stupid too. And call anyone that uses vinegar for non cooking related things stupid. Call those who speed in inexpensive cars stupid for not doing it in a lamborghini. Keep judging

Have you been drinking the vinegar?
Ranting on (sadly for some) doesn't increase your intellect or common sense.
