The Metro today has a voucher to save £10 if you buy two £15 iTunes gift vouchers. Effectively your getting £30 of music/apps for £20. Might be easier for some people to get to than Morrisons.

Offer ends on Sunday. You need the voucher from the paper to get the discount and it does state in small print at the bottom that it is one voucher per transaction.

Beat me too it Hot deal!

already took advantage of the Morrisons deal but heat added for this one. Good spot

Not for me as we get our tunes "elsewhere" but might pick up a couple of papers for friend's. Good spot.

Yeah maybe iTunes isnt the best price for music. If you buy applications from the store- you can use the vouchers to put your account in credit.

There is an ]online version of today's Metro which also features the voucher.

Printing out the voucher from that might be worth a try, though it does say that photocopies are not accepted, so you might have to argue your case.

It's also in Daily Mirrow tomorrow if you miss it today!

niceone..hopefullly some of the people who couldnt get them at Morrisons will be able to get them now..heat added

Voucher can be printed off from ]HERE

It doesn't state anywhere that vouchers from the E-edition cannot be used

Has anyone tried to use the printed version?

this was also done last week as we passed a clintons and remembered we'd thrown the paper out!! Hopefully there'll still be some metros at Brighton when I go in half an hour or so...

thanks for this I am far away from a morrisons so this was great for me got mine in town today  rep added

We dont get the Metro newpaper over here, but asked at lunch anyway. She said you needed the voucher from the Daily Mail. Of course checked the daily mail and no such voucher.

Have printed off the voucher above - anyone have any success with the printed voucher? She also said they had to scan it in - but since there is no barcode on it I think she was talking out of her bangle

I printed the voucher off the online version, took it to Clintons in Leeds city centre at lunchtime and they wouldn't accept it. Has to be the one from the paper apparently. Seems bizarre given that it's a free paper.

Thanks, might try and get the Mirror tomorrow

Took the printout into Belfast and worked ok!

Spent mine in Hertford earlier and they said I was the first but expected a massive demand tomorrow (because of The Mirror?).

Not for me, for an Xmas present. Long live the Sony!!!

Got mine from Victoria station clintons, and i bought 6 no problem, the shop assistant put them through in 3 transactions, what a great guy
Thanks!

Got the same voucher in the Mirror today and got the vouchers!

That's the ridulous.

I would understand that if it was a photocopy, but since it's from the E-edition of their paper, it should definitely be accepted

Hot deal but already got mine from tesco's last week...never mind only £2.50 in it...H&R left for you though OP:thumbsup:

Worked in Bangor (N. Ireland) branch, but strangely she insisted that I get the green £15 ones (instead of the festive ones).

used the printed E voucher yesterday in Cheshunt and they took it no problem.
She just asked if it was a photo copy - I explained that it was from the online edition of the Metro and she said 'OK' and just put it through the till. No scanning just over rid the price manually.

Result !!
