This is the type of tofu you want if you’re replacing animal protein in dishes, always look for firm, stay away from anything silken; that’s mainly for deserts.

You’ll also want a tofu press, or a way to press the water out (such as two plates and a few books). This firms it up even further and allows it to absorb more flavour when marinating or cooking. Freezing the tofu also improves the texture greatly.

You can also coat the tofu in cornflour before you cook it, that dries it even more. Treat it like meat in the pan.

Its great in so many things if you search on youtube tofu recipes
but in short its best to drain press and then season and use baked, stir fried, crumbled, as meat substitute or just to add protein and texture x
I got this one for me my bf bought the marinated pieces ideal for veganuary or just eating more healthily!! 🔥
