I think what OP means is compliant with Ryanair at time of posting...probably won't be in about 10mins.

Have one of these and is a great case. Hot!
Worth pointing out these are only valid on Ryanair if you buy a priority ticket - the ryanair standard bag size is now 40cm x 25cm x 20cm. I nearly got caught out on a flight in November just after they'd changed the rules.

For those of you who really don't wanna fork out the extra and can pack really lightly, I got the Arezzo Stowaway XL (£15) - very good quality and well laid out. Managed to fit in 5 t-shirts, trousers, couple sweaters, underwear, toiletries, tablet and travel docs/mobile charger/phone etc no problem.

Had them last time when on offer, didn't use them yet but looks sturdy.
Bought the previous deal. S, M and L case for £62. Dispatch and Delivery was quick, not used them yet but quality looks good. Pretty decent value.
thanks OP - was looking out for 2 cabin baggages, all the more better them being hard cases
Good value
Bought these when they were this price a couple of months ago and I must say I'm impressed. I've used it both as cabin luggage and check-in luggage on several long- and short-haul flights and they haven't shown any immediate signs of falling apart like you might expect £20 luggage to.
Bought these a few months ago at a similar price. Very light, robust and easy to use.
Had no bother getting them on Easyjet and Ryanair flights. Heat
My in-laws bought a similar looking one last year. I've used them for a trip last year and they were so easy. I think I may buy one for our own!
Not saying these cases are bad value but am I the only one that thinks that this is their normal price for this duo and for the other "offers" on their site? After all, it is their own brand and so they can price it as it takes their fancy, as long as they occasionally have it on their site for their SRP.
Ordered. Thanks

Exactly, what my thoughts are on their deals. Marked up to mark down.
I have one of these on my wish list on amazon right now. As American Airlines uses a slightly different sizing to most Europe airlines. They are £30 each on there. Tempted to buy two and sell one on Facebook for £20.

Great value, but you cant get as much in as many other cases this size due to the design unfortunately although they are great for going away for 2 nights any longer these might not be suitable
I've only had a problem with the largest suitcase. The zip comes apart if you pack well, so pack it messy.

Would rather not go than fly with Ryanair. Nasty, money-grubbing company - I'm surprised they don't charge you extra for air.

I bought these cases for very slightly less a while ago from a deal on here. Very impressed for the price. No good for 'free' cabin baggage on Ryanair but you're basically looking at a shoe box if you don't want to pay the extra charges.

Don't forget that you could check this size of case at the gate for free with Ryanair, but that kind of defeats the whole get through the airport quickly thing...
Any suggestions for x-large hold-all suitcase?

You can’t check anything in for free at the gate or otherwise with Ryanair as a non priority passenger. Carry on bag of 40x25x20 is the only thing you can bring on for free. Everything else either has to be paid for by buying a priority seat or paying a check in luggage fee.

Thanks order one silver and wine.
Bought a set during the Black Friday sale after being dinged by Norwegian Air at the gate with my slightly bigger than their size allowance bag. These are compliant with most discount airlines (EasyJet, Norwegian, Flybe, Wizz, Ryan, etc. note that some of the discount airlines now require you to pay to even bring carry on luggage).

Light and pretty sturdy. From my personal experience I would say the wheels are smaller and less smooth than I'd like (coming off a Samsonite bag with good wheels) but for this price... its good value.

Thats a lot into what looks like a small bag and its only 0.5kg in weight which is a good starting point.Im off later in the week and whilst i normally travel light ( under 10 kg ) Tui now only lets you bring on board 5kg.So having to dust down the case and share with the other half but they have a limit of 20kg on that, which should be enough for 2.But i though the limit was 23kg ? probably shows how long ago i took a case.Or even the misses !!

If you can't cope with being uncomfortable for a couple of hours to save you a lot of money then you must be well off. There's a big gap between Ryanair and the next cheapest option
As long as you don't buy baggage, priority seating etc

Bought two American tourister (by samsonite) from tesco in store for £35.00 on Saturday . It's 99ltr capacity, 4 wheel spinner, dark blue/teal. Looks and feels very sturdy.
These are uncomfortable to pull along when heavy as they only have 4 wheels, I upgraded to “Beverly hills Ricardo” luggage which have 8 wheels (2 on each corner) and what a difference, i go on holiday a lot and found they are really rugged, expensive but worth it.
How does the quality compare to these and the american tourister cases :)?

Not the best of companies but flew to Dublin from Birmingham with them a few months back, no major issues. Did decide to pay priority so we could get away without waiting for luggage, as it's only a short flight we didn't pay for seats together. That was my main niggle, the computer at best makes no effort to sit you together even though there were pairs of seats available.

Ultimately the price we paid was fantastic value even with the priority boarding, under £30 for a return to Dublin.

Or you could get this 3 piece set and apply VCUKBAG13 and get 13% off. I bought this set for £56.54. I think thats really cheap considering it's being sold for over £90 on amazon.

Thanks OP.
Bargain heat added op
Bought these last time they were on offer, had a trip to the US and two trips to Ireland and no complaints so far. Sturdy for the cash, look great and the layout inside is spot on. Only negative was the strong smell of plastic/adhesive inside which still hasnt dissipated

"But i though the limit was 23kg ?".

That's normally non-discounted' airfares (usually costing several £100's+ or so?), that have often tended to allow the 23KG weight allocation thing that you fondly speak of, etc?, lol.

Without going into too much science, discounted airlines are 'discounted' for a reason ... (put it that way?), eg. lack of FULL suitcase allocation - 5KG/10KG MAX! (assuming they even allow you that even? - as some want you to carry with you NOWT altogether, etc?).

"probably shows how long ago i took a case.Or even the misses !!".

We live and learn is all I can say?, lol.

If it's any consolation, it's been a handful of Year's since I travelled to anywhere too, hehehehe (if that helps?, lol). :-D

But either way (where humanly possible to that is?), it's always better to travel slightly under weight, then over weight, or whatever? (though in the real World of discount airlines, that may/may not prove itself to be as realistic a 'feat' as one may otherwise obviously have liked?, hehehehe). :-)

That aside, enjoy your travels regardless (wherever your 'travels' may inevitably take you ... YEP!).

I think there's an offer on at this price. But only the larger stores have them. I'm not sure if they usually stock them. They had £20 off on all the labels. They're not even available in the UK (as we were trying to price check) but found them on German website at around €85 each.

Just a figure of speech, hehehehehe.

I over analyse certain thing's at time's I guess?, lol.

Which is neither here nor there - as that could prove both good + not so at the same time (from one minute to the next, or whatever?, so yeh, lol).

I hear you. The issue with these bags is that they are not stable - I have broken some globes my wife brought back from France by letting go of the handle. An accident of course, and being a bloke I blamed it on the kids. So I would recommend them for lightness but for protecting valuables, nope not suitable
