You are getting 2 packs of 30, so 60

That is the best price in the UK. Have some Heat for this and I will be popping down there later to grab some.

I love popping down to Amazon for my shopping.

Thanks that's a great price, any suggestions for a good nasal spray to get as well?

Didn't realise it was 60! I ordered two lots! That will keep me going for a while.

Bought these a few days ago, ordered two lots to keep me going over the summer.

great price, thanks

Just ordered some. Thanks.

Ordered. Great price!

Just what the doctor ordered

Thanks. Can anyone recommend a genuinely non drowsy anti histamine? I've to take it every day since I was 9 (chronic urticaria) but in my adult years cetirizine and loratadine both make me really sleepy even on half a tablet .

I predict a riot to get these at that price

I've tried many different ones for the same reason (although mine is relatively mild) and haven't found any that don't make me drowsy. So much so I don't take them any more and try to manage it through other methods such as diet and exercise and limiting my exposure to sudden changes in temperature.

thanks. Ive ordered 3 lots of two as I suffer from an allergy to EVERYTHING so I need one every day.

Great price- not to be sneezed at!

Lowest price £1.53 now.

Good timing as my supply was getting low. Have some heat

Thanks - would you mind sharing what dietry changes have helped you? When I don't take them (I try it every few years) my skin feels like its burning off!

Ordered 6 month supply. Lovely stuff.

These made me sooo drowsy I had to stop taking them, saving them for when I can't get to sleep,

Has anyone else received a message from the seller asking certain questions?

You could try Kleenex tissue "twists" or this:

underpants on the head are optional though oO

It is a horrible condition, I am very grateful that mine has never been severe. I notice it mainly in the winter as the bigger the change in temperature the worst mine is. Dietary wise I've cut out a lot of lactose and generally try to eat healthier, most the time anyway. Exercise is by far the most effective for me, which is a little paradoxical as you would think exercise would increase histamine production and make you sweat more, perhaps it works by desensitising the body to sweat and heat. You should be careful with exercise and start gently as obviously it can induce a reaction.

By no means can these methods necessarily rid you of the chronological urticaria but they may help make it more manageable. And obviously everyone is different and what works for me may not work for you.

I use Fexofenadine Hydrochloride 180mg on prescription and I find it okay. There is also a 120mg tablet and I think that's the normal strength that's prescribed for hayfever - the 180mg tablet also covers skin allergies (hives etcetera). Hope this helps.

Great price, just a note of warning though, I was taking these thinking they were non drowsy making. However, by the afternoon I was dead on my feet, ready to fall asleep anywhere. When I went to buy to some more, as I had not related the two, it was a tiring week at work, the lady behind the counter in Boots warned me that a lot of people felt really drowsy from taking Citrizine......it all fell into place then! ;-)
Just in case somebody is suffering the same and has not put two and two together yet!
