What are the benefits of pumpkin seeds?

Our Holland & Barrett Pumpkin Seeds may look small and cute, but they’re strong little things packed full of important nutrients for our body. Some hulled pumpkin seed benefits include:

Pumpkin seeds are high in protein and fat, and low in carbohydrates: a single serving (28g) of pumpkin seeds contains around 1.7g or fibre, 13g of fats (the good kind!) with only around 5g of carbohydrates. This nutrient profile makes pumpkin seeds perfect for snacking or incorporating into your favourite recipes.

Pumpkin seeds are rich in vitamins and minerals: each serving of pumpkin seeds will provide you with phosphorus, niacin, vitamin E and potassium.

They are and very nutritious too! Thanks so much Nish
Ordered. Thanks.
This looks like it should be credited to Money Saving Expert?
It goes to show you how much over the top H&B charge for their products when they then make something like this deal seem the best thing since sliced bread when pumpkin seeds of the higher AA quality can be bought elsewhere between £4.50 and £5.00 a kilo regularly.
To give you another example of over pricing: On their website they have 500g of sunflower kernels, bakery grade at £2.69; this morning and in the past I paid £1.00 for 500g for the higher confectionery grade and I could go on and on with other examples, but not this time.
The only thing this deal has going for it, is if you go through huge quantities as it's a delivered price.
Thanks op. Ordered.
@ NP23 A wholefood shop run by a little old lady in Shepherd's Bush Market is where I buy all my nuts, dried fruits, seeds and grains from; they also sell cut price biscuits, confectionery grocery etc.if that's you thing.

Any link to online or shop please. Hopefully what you mention is national deal and not just in local shop in one location. Thanks
bubblesmoney: As I'm retired , I like to spend a lot of time in markets/boot sales/fairs in and around London, sometimes further afield. Deals I see will be be specific to one or more of those outlets, as if something is on offer in one market, more often than not it will be in other markets and cut price stores as well. The fact that these offers tend to be specific, means that it is not worth posting here as a new subject as maybe too limited for a national site, but I don't see any problem with adding personal experience to an already posted topic as someone might be able to take advantage of that experience or post that the same deals are also available further afield to where I'm based.

I actually think that's really lovely and it's nice that you're able to buy from there I know I would too if it was local to me.

I buy from Holland and Barrett a lot especially the seeds and for this price delivered I do think it's a good deal. I do appreciate your input though and thank you for your comment
Bought thanks.
Bought thank you. But they do over price stuff.
What is the best online shop to buy variety of seeds in bulk?

You're not wrong, and this very much the pricing model that H&B use. It's called high/low pricing.

Also, the profit margins they expect on their products is significantly higher than almost any other retailer, which allows them to do "big" price cuts (which are mostly funded by the manufacturer, not H&B)

These seeds will come from the same farms, probably in China, that most all other retailers will use, so they are nothing special
