Does anyone know what the palest colour is? I would have thought it would be porcelain, but the cool ivory looks paler on the website. Has anyone seen them in real life?
Ordered. Thanks

Calico I think. I got told that I was this one and was lightest.
There is also 250 advantage card points if you spend £10 on make up on the Boots App so equivalent to £2.50 off

Thank you for that. I'm excessively pale so do struggle to find foundations pale enough. Wouldn't it be easier if every manufacturer arranged their colours in ascending or descending darkness, as their 'names' doesn't necessarily mean anything and you can't rely on a little swatch on a monitor, (which can't be a standard anyway), to reflect the true image.

If you know your shade in another brand this may help..findation.com/.
Thank you. X
If I don’t know my shade, does anyone know if I can just order any colour and then exchange it for the right colour in store when I pick it up ? Don’t want to miss out on the deal !

Yes you will be able as you haven't even used it and just picking it up, get tested for right colour then go pick up if need different colour ask if can exchange for different colour. I'm sure they will be fine for exchange they have been with me in past when not been right. x

Porcelain is the lightest shade - I use this however I'm not super pale so you might struggle if you are very light skinned! Their colour shades are not like any other brand and I can't find a match elsewhere!

I was colour matched to cool ivory and I definitely wouldn't say its the palest colour. More of a medium beige
