Have been looking around for cheap memory cards for my RPI3's and ended up buying these. Cheapest elsewhere is on ebay for £6.9x each but without the backing of a reputable company and length delivery.

Might want to make the title start with 2x - I just saw 32 GB for £16 in the app and nearly voted cold without clicking through.

By clicking Agree and Pay I confirm that I want to use Visa xxxxx for my current and future purchases with MyMemory Ltd. I authorise MyMemory Ltd to charge my PayPal account for such purchases and I instruct PayPal to pay such amounts. I understand this lets me check out faster by not having to log in to PayPal to complete my purchase. I understand that if I have a PayPal balance, that balance will be used first and that if my preferred funding source has expired or been declined, PayPal will charge my backup funding source.
Is this any good for loop recording in dashcam?

I know what it says. Unfortunately last time I tried to order using my PayPal balance they said they couldn't!!! They have since emailed me to say they have an issue taking PayPal balance from some customers!

I can see the 2 for £16 banner on the image, but if I add two to my basket and start going through the checkout it says £19.98. Have I missed something?

Mine did that too. I followed through and When it redirected me from PayPal back to mymemory and I checked out as GUEST, the discount added.

On a side note, Samsung is the only card that’s EVER failed on me. I still bought 2 though lol
Bought one on the auction site for just over 6 squid, would not format, sent it back for a refund. Will not buy this type of thing from there again was most likely a fake.

I'm pretty sure from a retailers perspective they either take PayPal or they don't, they just send a request via the PayPal API to authorise a payment for £x and PayPal respond yay or nay. Can't imagine that the retailer would have any say (or interest) in where PayPal draws those funds from, that choice is made within PayPal after you login to your account.

You are right but MyMemory has an ongoing issue that they are trying to solve with paypal. No idea why and I am not sure if it's just effecting some customers or all. When I tried to buy a microsd a couple of weeks ago I tried paying with paypal but the only options were credit card or bank. The use paypal balance option was not there and it is my default! I emailed them and received a reply saying they didn't take paypal balance! I bought card from 7dayshop in end. Then a couple of days ago I received an email from mymemory asking if they could pass my email address to paypal to help them resolve the issue!

If you get a PayPal debit card you can use it to spend your balance. It's free.

Thanks! Placed the order and it came off as a "discount" in the basket later like you said.

I always used to buy Sandisks (the cheapest name-brand cards I could get) and had problems with them, too (3 or 4 out of 10 fail for me within a year and I'm not doing anything fancy with them). Hopefully these will be OK. :s
Presumably these will all fit inside the various CCTV cameras

It's not recommended by Samsung, no (as you need an Endurance SD Card, as this one is not such ... )

But interestingly enough (via confirmation, via other multiple Treads upon here anyway have confirmed, etc etc etc, is this), these Samsung Evo Plus SD Card's DO seem to work well with Dash Cam's!.

So milk as many of these at the rediculously cheap duo price, while you're still able to ... lol. :-D

True ...
Are there any MyMemory 5% off discount codes floating about anywhere also, by any chance?, hehehehehe.

Genuine question. :-)
I ordered these a few days ago, for £16, and they arrived yesterday. I also bought 2, at the same price, about a week ago. I've got them for my Yi webcams.
Already have a couple of the 64Gb versions, and was just about to make a purchase of two of these 32's, but just noticed that the write speed on this capacity is only 20MB/s. Although it states 'ideal for 4K UHD video' I'm not so sure. Using them in a Lumix GX800.
Ordered a few rounds, while it's stil cheap ...

I doubt they will ever be this price again, so had to therefore be done. :-)

Thanx OP.

The GX800 max 4k settings hit 12.5 MB per second, so this can easily cope at 20MB!

The Date of the 4th July 2018 has longgggggggggg since past!, unfortunately?.

If it's any consolation, I ordered my batch after that above Date too (so obviously also missed it ... )

That's like at least the second time now someone has said that now?.

MyMemory is legit!, lol.

I've used them myself in the past too ...

Bought a batch lot of 4 16GB Kingston solid metal flash drives from them almost 5 Year's ago, but either way, no issues whatsoever, as they alllllll arrived! - I didn't use any of them immediately, as I already had about 4 32GB SanDisk flash drives I'd bought from AMAZON, some 2 Year's or so before few (but either way, when I did use my MyMemory purchases, they all worked well regardless?.

And that was even AFTER a previous MyMemory purchase I'd made with them from the Year before ...

I purchased something similar to this from their site at the time:

kingston.com/en/…wg3

MyMemory don't sell these anymore, and describing it may have proved long winded, lol (so linking made more sense).

Either way, it was definitely a notable purchase from them the same way ... (so yes, arrived safely too). :-).

Rest assured, MyMemory have been around for more than 15+ Year's!.

(So definately not a fly by night, hehehehe). :-D

It's safe. :-)

I simply used various Debit Card's I was using at the time, I never used PayPal with any of my initial purchases with them in the past either - or a few Day's ago either (when I purchased 2 lot's of 2 (4 in total), of the OP's 32GB Samsung Evo Plus MicroSD Card's ... (on account of the rave reviews I'd heard about them on HUKD here already, those 5+ Year's back?).

Make your purchases people? (irrespective of PayPal/lack of PayPal, or whatever ... )

That's my advice anyway. :-)
