Found on the money website ... 2 years offer with an end date of November 2015.. cheapest fixed term deal available? £1,999 booking fee so would be more suited to those wanting a larger mortgage ..

They charge a £1999 booking fee so unless bowwing a lot may not be such a good deal

Please find me a brilliant five-year deal! Currently on 2.5% variable.

Check post office ( bank of ireland) 2.85% fixed 5 yr fixed, 75% LTV and £995 product fee.

Happy to stay with my Cheshire 1.5% variable

Stick with my BOE base rate + 0.99% with A&L/Santander for now I think

I take it your on the nationwide promise that all pre 2009 mortgage customers are entitled?
If so, stop looking. Im on it too, it cant be beaten. If it is beaten, it probably isnt worth the hassle and wont be significant or long enough.
Hope some smart a#$e can prove me wrong! I like being proved wrong sometimes;-)
