£20 Cashback on ALL Hotels.com Bookings (above £20.00) - Flash Deal @ Earnaway

Yep that’s right, for 48 hours (hurry, ends Friday at 11.59pm) we’re offering members £20 cashback on all of your Hotels.com bookings. All we ask if you don’t make more than one booking per person and that the booking is for at least £20 (there are a few more Terms and Conditions, make sure you read them below).

So how do you earn your cashback?
1.Make sure you’ve signed up or signed in - you’ve done this bit, go you!
2.Find a hotel room on Hotels.com - click the button below and search Hotels.com for a hotel. Do not use the search function on EarnAway as you will not find Hotels.com listed.
3.Earn cashback - once you make your booking, your £20 cashback will track into your account (normally within around 6 hours) and we’ll pay you this money around 6 weeks after you’ve completed your stay. You’ll earn £20 cashback on any Hotels.com booking made up to Friday 27th May at 11.59pm so if you book a £20 hotel room (though admittedly these may be tough to find), the room is completely free. If the room costs more you can still earn £20 cashback. Again, to reiterate the offer is only valid once per person and any subsequent bookings will not be paid.

Although the booking needs to be made by Friday 27th May at 11.59pm, your stay can be for whenever.

So some great deals to be had, and all we ask you to do in exchange is tell your friends about EarnAway (you can even make money doing that) and come back to EarnAway and use us to book your future hotel rooms (we promise to ensure you get the best deal on ALL your hotel bookings).

It doesn't make sense to me. How does Earnaway would know about hotels.com booking?

Hi Raj, we're working in partnership with Hotels.com. So when one of our members make a booking on Hotels.com, Hotels.com passes this information back to us. We give you the commission that we make from Hotels.com in the form of cashback. Hope that makes sense.

Thanks, but it doesn't mentioned on the earnaway website. I'm not sure why this is being advertised through Hotukdeals. Surely you can update you website with this offer.

Where is the link to Hotels.com on your website?

Hey, please go through this link, if you're already signed in, else go through the sign up process from this post. Hope that helps.

Well, I for one want to say a big thankyou it will certainly be of use to me. Out of interest, how long does it go from say Tracked status to Payable. I guess the hotel actually has to confirm you completed the hotel stay first, so does the hotel notify Hotels.com first , before they then notify you? Sounds like could be a lengthy process? How long does this process take before a transaction goes to Payable after completing the stay?

Hey that's exactly the process, well done it's not clear to most :). The hotel notifies the booking provider (in this case Hotels.com) who then notify the Affiliate Network (who track the activity). The hotel then pays the network who pay us. It is pretty inefficient and so it can take between 6-8 weeks after checkout (depending upon how efficient the three parties are) before the cashback is payable. We're looking at ways to speed that up (e.g. try and get paid immediately if you can't cancel the room) but the providers are obviously not entirely happy with this.

Just done as instructed, little apprehensive though about the cashback being tracked...

Hey Zan, it should track in within a couple of hours at the most (you should receive an email and it will show in your EarnAway account when it does) but feel free to email hello@earnaway.com if you've got any issues. As a relatively new site we want to focus on giving our members not only great deals, but also customer service and make sure that if any issues arise (as can occur with cashback) that we deal with them properly.

I appreciate that. I'll have a check tomorrow, if it's not showing, I'll send an e-mail off.

Thanks for the good service.

I think the answer to all the above is they are an affiliate of (if not owned by) Quidco, so it sounds absolutely fine to trust them.

Just remember to turn off ad-blocks.

For clarity, we're a joint venture with Maple Syrup Media (Quidco's parent company) but operationally we act as a separate company.

It's just £20 cashback per booking. If you'd like to book a hotel for multiple nights and people if you go through EarnAway from the homepage you should be able to search for deals / hotels that will offer you more cashback. Hope that helps.

If I were to refer a friend and they also use this offer would the hotels.com cashback and the refer a friend cashback still be paid?

Do I still earn Hotels.com Rewards for this booking?

I can see some bookings in the affiliate network that haven't been pushed to our system yet. Should be there soon. If not feel free to email hello@earnaway.com tomorrow and we'll get it all sorted.

One other question, does a booking of two nights in a hostel for example which was £10 per night count?

Yep Refer A Friend still counts

How do i refer a friend? Thanks

It's a bit horsey right now (we're working on a more robust technical solution) but see here for details.

Why if I go through this has the price risen £20 exactly for the booking than if I go direct through hotels.com

Hi there, it shouldn't be. If you email hello@earnaway.com with the specific example we will chase this up with them.

If you visit this page and scroll to above the button and click "make money" which should be highlighted you should be taken to the blog post. Sorry for the rigmarole not sure what's happening with link posting

I've edited the comment as the new link still didn't work. Sorry.

Quick question.

Me and my partner share our hotels.com account (to earn rewards quicker and generally, we travel together!). Could we both sign up to this or would that be a no-no as its the same hotels.com account (so we'd have to create her one if we wanted to use it).
Edited by: "stevenhp1987" 24th May 2016

it's required to pay in hotels.com website, or can I pay at the hotel in cash?
Edited by: "ferborperk" 24th May 2016

Planning on booking a few different hotels for October, would we get £20 cashback per hotel booking?

Can you just confirm that this doesn't invalid the Hotels.com reward scheme? That our bookings still get added to their reward scheme?

Edit - I see it's only once per person. Still worth a look.
