I agree with Bigjmill.
Avoid these guys.
I tried to cancel an order 3 times, after they changed the price of something i ordered 2 hours after i ordered it.
They refused to refund the difference and insisted i had to pay the higher amount.
Tried to cancel it, but they simply wont listen
Worst customer services i have come across in years.

On 20th March I've order a samsung netbook from them which was at stock at the time. 5days past way without confirmation of shipment. when I send an e-mail they replied the product is out of stock. At the time of writing this comment the product is still available to buy on their website.

BEWARE OF THEM PEOPLE.
Took the money from my card at 20th. If you don't have the product then why charge money first ? Now they said it is going to take 7 days to get my money back. Am I smelling some scam here ????

I understand your point but what I don't understand is why it took 5days to let me know that my order was canceled after I mailed the company, not by the company on their own.
I have send an online query by asking explanation for this matter which is not replied back after 48 hours.
If you can't reply to any online query in 48 hours then why have this online query form in the first place ?
Is this the meaning of seriousness your company trying to establish ?
Now you want me to call a 0844 number which might cost me 4p a minute.
So, your asking me to spend money 'cause this is CDiscounts fault.
My friend money is still money doesn't matter how small it is.
Still ,I will make the call to ask for a good explanation & might ask the money back for phone call as well.

I have called them & they told me they gonna call me back, which never happened. Instead receive a mail the following day that online was not updated on my time of order.
If CDiscount can't maintain a real-time online stock update then why do online business.
I've had enough.

be careful....ordered a microwave, hammer, flashlight.....2 items delivered..you guessed it no microwave although showing on packing order.........had a card to pick up from neighbour...thought thats a small box for a microwave....
