Code BOOTS20 will work on ALL Men's & Women's Boots (excluding originals) to take 20% Off at checkout, you can C+C from Store for Free or choose to have home delivery which is Free wys £50 or £3 for orders less than that.

It would be helpful to put where it is in the title

Heat added but the problem are...
1.They use Hermes courier.
2.Lost pair of boots last week (Never delivered item but they have sent me an email and text confirming that the item has been delivered while I was sitting in the living room expecting it to be delivered)
3. No customer service to contact in a situation like above
4. Only Clarkson will deal with inquiry (so take about another week to sort things out)
5. At the end you may get a refund not your shoes
6. You won't be able to know what has really happened.

Genuinely never had a problem with online orders - did you try contacting Clarks customer service by telephone or email HERE? Have always found them very helpful, I ordered the wrong size once by accident, realised before they sent the order & they went above & beyond to sort it for me

Yes I did.. True, like you said Clarks customer service is very good but I only got a refund. Not sure what has happened to my order.

when you see "Hermes courier" avoid it at any cost

Bought the ones pictured. C & C, no problem. Warm and comfy. Needed a change from my brown boots collection.
