sorted byCall customer service on 0345 6100 312, speak to the PROMO team which it’ll give an option and press 1.
Explain the code doesn’t work online, they will confirm that, they resolved the issue by asking me to purchase the item first and get a refund later.
I specifically asked them to email me that they would honour a purchase of 2 with 20% off (which I now have an email as proof for any issues down the line)
obviously just don’t make mention it’s recently released as that’s the reason it’s not working
The Harry Potter castle at about £320 seems a decent deal too…
