My family really love this place its a really good place to go and loads to do for the kids as well as the shows they have on too.

They are in their Winter opening hours now which means they are closed to the public on a Monday and Tuesday but you can go any other day of the week including weekends for £20 per car with up to 7 people in it until the 15th of February.

Its a great day out and you can get really close to the zebras, lions, rhinos (they have baby ones too) and if you want to go in the baboon enclosure you will get really close to them or you can go the car friendly route and just watch other people get their cars dissected!

The new tiger exhibit is really good and we have been fortunate to get a really good look at them through the glass and hear then roar which was bone chilling.

The walk through safari has giraffes, meerkats, bats, bush dogs and the Amur tigers and the sea lion show, bird of prey sow, wolf tour and play ground. You can also pay £10 and get a wristband for the rides for the kids and one adult goes on free with them which is also really good value - can never get my other half off the safari dodgem cars when we go!

I've just seen that they will be doing a Santas grotto for Christmas as well which also looks good - just pay an extra £6.50 for the kids to get a present from Santa which is age related and must be booked in advance - all details >>HERE

Enter at your own risk. Car safe route for soft tops and avoiding baboons but ultimately it’s private land

This is a fantastic deal a quality day out at a great price, do the drive through first then go through the talks and rides(only a few but little ques, if you time it right) definitely get in early for the talks which are really high quality, then do the drive through again, you can always go round the monkey enclosure, we've been lucky and not had anything taken, but there was one car had the seal from the door being pulled off, expensive day put

Baboon smashed the back window of my car there many years ago, showering 4 of us with glass and park coughed up for the new window.
Other half took niece recently, despite me saying do not go through monkeys, and sure enough returned with plastics ripped off Fiat 500 (scuttle blanking plates, wiper caps, washer jets and pipework!). Yes she drove a Fiat 500 through..

You can sue it.
I once drove through longleat safari and the monkeys ended up fixing my seized rear windscreen wiper by hanging off and swinging from it. Monkey wrench!

Exchange information with the monkey, photograph and document the accident, file an accident report, call the police and get the monkey arrested for wreckless monkey business and drinking and swinging
Just as well they specified max7, else they'd get hukd'ers turning up in stretch limos with 50 people.

You pay. I've seen nice cars go through the monkey enclosure, done people are mad, top spec 7 series BMW, range rover, Audi s3 I leave my nice cars at home and take the old Peugeot 307xsi. Last time at longleat one monkey ripped off the rear wash wipe and damage the arm. Cheap fix though. Someone had a new SUV and the monkeys stripped it off all the rubber trim, stripped the radio aerial, ripped off the wipers, hahaha..must've been £100s of damage
Years ago not thinking. I put my window down to take photos of the Lions, I had a Land Rover fly at my car and a nice gent explain in a enthusiastic way what a silly billy I was being

My wife just called me a C yoU Next Tuesday..

They paid for your glass? Really? You were lucky
My Grandfather has the year pass but need to be with them to get on it and they were in Spain. Plus it was for daughter's 1st birthday, don't consider looking for deals in certain instances, just book the tickets and go. For future reference were do you get the deals too?
So this is for the safari drive? What else does this include? I can see rides are extra, but once you have done the safari then what? How long does the safari take?

You get the safari drive then park up and do the foot safari which includes shows and displays like sea lion show, birds of prey, tiger talk, bats, wolf country. There is a play area as well and the giraffes, wolves, tigers, meerkats, bush dogs, bats, sealions are on the foot bit. The drive depends on how long you want to spend looking at stuff and if you go into the baboon bit or not. The rides are £10 a wristband for a child and 1 adult goes on free per child which is good value

Good day out just avoid the baboons if you value your car. We went last year when they did this deal for £15 but the money we saved and more was spent repairing the car. They ripped all the trim from the roof and washer jets and pipes apparently they like the taste of washer fluid. Never again. If you do go I'd recommend taking the safe route round instead of through which we didn't notice til it was too late :-(. Also be aware some of the rides weren't open due to the time of year so check before purchasing wristbands.
