sorted byI would have been even happier with my purchase if it weren't for the fact that I had already got the book, albeit it with a different outer cover. It turns that I had bought it from Amazon for £3.10 back in 2011. What a pillock At least my daughter and her partner, who were recently given a slow cooker, have been the beneficiaries of my forgetfulness. (edited)
