2000 Extra Tesco Clubcard Points worth £20 and worth up to £80
when the club card boost is on.. one coming soon!

Was looking for a gift and seemed like a really good way to
get something for nothing and a decent gift at the same time
always getting club card points tokens which can also be gifted or
given as an extra present maybe..

So..
TV - £139.00
139 CCP - £1.39
Extra 2,000 CCP - £20.00

Effective TV Cost: £117.61

With 4x boost eg: PizzaExpress
CCPB - £20 is £80 Clubcard boost tokens

Effective TV Cost: £57.61

Solid 32" with all the bells and whistles for the money..

Freeview HD
3 x HDMi sockets
ARC
2 x USB
100mhz Active Motion
USB Playback & Recording

Will not suit everyone, but we all eventually spend money
going out to eat / trips / days out, so might be handy for
some to budget in advance for something extra for the
family day out..

Of course you can immediately sell the TV so some
will say the £80.00+ in CCBP is free!

TCB has also tracked @1.57% on our purchase ;-)

***** 19/2
More stock added for anyone that missed it yesterday
when it went out of stock from non-buyers who have
just chucked it in their carts and also from other "deal"
sites who have scraped the deals as their own finds!!

***** 22/2
More stock added at 9:22am ;-)

Wish my black & white TV from 40 years ago was 720p!

This panel in this is quality, it is only the cheap HD panels that were made 5[ish] years ago
that suffered loads of issues with edge bleed / contrast / lag / blah blah..

Seem this one in the flesh and for Freeview HD use and everyday movie / soap watching
it is well worth it..

Have had some 720p needs, where a 1080i/p on a smaller screen, actually looks naff so
think anyone buying this will be pleasantly surprised by the picture ;-) Also the 100hz as
an add on [most are 50hz] at this size makes a difference on sporty / speedy / PC uses..

Yes, this means the difference between a good deal and just buying another 32 inch telly that I don't need. Also, do you get 4x boost on actual goods (Tesco Direct) or just overpriced eateries?

I have an older Sharp model with the usb record feature and it's great - I can't watch one channel and record a different one but being able to set to record things ahead of going out is really useful. Very tempted to get this one now! Heat added!
bought this last month, its fantastic. Great deal

Perceptible difference in PQ between 720p and full fat 1080p on a 32" screen is near zero unless the viewer has the eyesight of an owl or is viewing from unusually close to the screen. So unless the TV is being used as a PC monitor substitute, it's highly unlikely to have any significant impact for the vast majority of viewers - except for those that like to quote tech spex, but such people probably wouldn't be considering this UMC TV anyway
ordered. great price and 2000 points. nice, 720p is perfect for this size TV, As well as for the price,
Will this play movies from a usb stick / Hdd box?

Will this play movies from a usb stick / Hdd box?

Spec says yes to file containers AVI / MKV / WMV / ASF / MP4 / M4v / RM / RMVB / VOB / TS / M2TS / MPG / FLV / SWF to 1920×1080 max 40Mbps for USB file system FAT16 / FAT32 / NTFS. Doesn't state power supply output capability of TV USB socket; USB stick should be OK; USB portable hard drive may be problematic if it requires more power than the TVs USB socket can provide; USB hard drive with own power supply should be fine.

Try 065 as in zero-six-five, if that is not working [depends on sky remote year/model/blahblah, use
the sky settings button and enter interactive help, the sky remote code will be displayed after about
15 secs ;-)

If not try this:

Welcome, think this is a very under estimated 32" tv and has a brilliant HD picture on all inputs
tried so far ;-)

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to try and help, unfortunately none of those suggestions worked though. Gutted. Anyone else sussed it out? I presume the tv remote is based on infrared rather than Bluetooth or something else (as on some other sharp models)
