Hey All,

So any one out there who didnt manage to get a Furby for Christmas - now is your chance!

Sainsbury's are doing them half price!

The ones I found were the new 2013 wave 4 colours - squidoo.com/new…013

So even more surprising that they are half price!?

I couldn't find it on their website so saying INSTORE only. I found in Norwich, not sure if global?

Good luck if you are looking!

Enjoy!

Thanx Foxy!

I appreciate that proof is important and as I said in the descript - Im not sure if this is National - I have tried to be as honest as I can about the deal. But Im not trying to mislead people and I think its a very hot deal - I wouldnt have shared it otherwise.

I just hope this helps some people...
Great price, I thought I got a good deal for £45 at xmas
This is true, I spotted 1 in sainsburys Leicester about 2 weeks ago and it also scanned at £29.99

when it was first posted the original post didn't contain all that detail and seemed like a cold deal. don't judge people as 'nasty' before you know the facts. gosh.

To be honest there are as many people voting cold as hot...no idea why though? It has about 35 hot votes but still only 16%.

Also what facts were missing ?? Apart from a receipt for proof?

Didn't state it was in store only, so it looked like a broken link.

Does it matter anyway? It's getting hot votes now.

I did state it was instore in the descriptions from the offset and I didnt add a URL - I think it may have auto-added one. I capitalised the instore bit after to make it more visible but it was there - honestly

It matters because it puts people off posting when everything goes cold. Im not that bothered as long as someone gets something out of it then Im happy.

Im not getting at you personally...please dont think that...I was more wondering why so many were voting cold...even now...and offsetting anyone who is voting hot!? Oddness.
Oh me either, i just like a little banter/conversation on here sometimes, aha.
for what it's worth, i voted it hot once it was obvious to me it was only instore.
^.^

Well hopefully now all the facts are all nice and straight peeps will like the deal!

No problem with banter...esp if it helps me to get things right!

Thanx for the HOT! x
Had them half price in Glasgow Darnley store
Great deal!
Okay I'll be honest.. WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU WANT ONE OF THESE?
Nostalgia? My childhood memories of these things were of great disappointment and utter annoyance.. And £30 still isn't cheap
No honestly I'm not bashing / hating.. I just can't understand why anyone would actually want one of these

Same. At least there was novelty value back then, now it's just old.
What the hells a furby maybe it's just me but iv never hear off them befor
30 quid for that ? Jog on
They're very 'cheap' unboxed. Even the lady in Smyths agreed and said loads have been returned faulty or broken.

Is there anywhere outside of Norwich? but Global, let me speak to Sainsburys Djibouti and see if they have any.

I don't but my daughter did. We didn't get her one for Christmas because at £60 thought it was a rip off but she got various bits of money and decided that she wanted one and she'd buy it herself. Depsite trying to talk her out of it for ages, she was adament that she wanted it. Biggest waste of money. Loved it for the first few days, now hardly plays with it, which is actually a bit of a good thing given how annoying they are.
this is gonna get Hot.

Depends who you are buying it for. My four year old son got one from Christmas and he LOVES it. Didn't put it down for days and the only really big negative point is that the batteries don't last very long - few days max..
Still overpriced for what it is! Nice if you want one I guess...
this brings back bad memories of daughter's Furby & Tamagochie which she insisted on taking on holiday - bloomin things nearly drove me mad!

Because they're new to the kids today who've never seen them before and gimmicks are what make the industry go 'round?

Oh dear! Not good!

There was an override on the old furby where you could make him go to sleep until next played with...way easier than waiting for him/her to drop off by themselves! Maybe the new one has a simular thing?

Just a whinge....I thought the idea of hot deals was to post something that might benefit some...not all...but some of the community.

Im happy to accept cold votes and even negative comments but really if your not interested in owning a furby....why look at the deal in the first place?
