Granted Apple Macs are not the cheapest computers but even at £1395 this laptop is cheaper than it is anywhere else. Add on the additional 20% cashback and it's an absolute bargain

looks like a good old saving from RRP. I was hoping to use a student discount on one but this seems better?

are people voting COLD because it isn't a good deal, or because it's Apple?

I'm sorry, an i5 8GB ram and 256GB SSD in a 13" screen laptop for £1100 is hot?

The eye wants what the brain can't process I guess.

Probably a bit of both.

Some people look at the spec and ignore the OS, for the price the spec isn't great. But they would do the same if it was Razer because they also charge a premium for spec. Not as much a premium but still enough that most deals from them would be voted cold.

Blaming it on apple hate is easier though so we can call it that if you prefer.
So is this interest free for 12 months?

Given some heat as you can’t get it cheaper anywhere else.
A quick heads-up:

I ordered a MacBook Pro using the code, and received confirmation of the order, but NO confirmation of the 20% cashback. A little concerned about this, I gave Very a call. The adviser I spoke to was able to confirm that I had met the terms and conditions of the offer, but that the finance team still has to review my purchase. Until then, there is no guarantee that I will receive the cashback. I was let to believe that the application for cashback could take a couple of weeks to process, as the cashback deal is being run by Apple, not Very. I'm sure this is all fine and above board, but I don't want to start using it until I receive confirmation that I will definitely receive my 20% back, just in case.
It’s not taking the code, it did last night before I signed up for the credit account.
Turns out a new customer won’t be able to BNPL so don’t bother signing up
I’ve jumped at this and ordered. There’s no mention of 20% cash back when you input the code but the code is accepted. I also won’t open it until I know I have the 20% cash back.

That's odd. It worked for me.
Has anyone got the cash back on this yet?

Yep. Because I ordered on the Friday it took a while to get the confirmation email stating the 20% off .. so I’m now happy I can open it up when I pick it up from the Post Office today.
