This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

A healthy £239.03 saving at Currys, with Free Next Day Delivery using the Voucher Code FREENEXT. Virtually no difference to the 2020 Model (Except the Keyboard which I personally prefer on the older models!) and a far better alternative compared to the £999 MacBook Air!

Upgraded processor lets you get more done

Everything you love about the MacBook Pro. But with more power. The 2019 version of the MacBook Pro is perfect for all your creative projects (just like always), but now that you've got an upgraded processor, everything is faster and smoother.

Don't waste time waiting for things to load. With superfast SSD storage, you'll be able to save files, load programs and access huge video and image files in a moment.

Touch Bar with Touch ID

Apple's Touch Bar replaces the function keys at the top of your keyboard, so you can see relevant controls depending on what you're doing. Watching a film? Rewind or skip forward with the Touch Bar. Editing photos? Adjust, crop and filter the image – all from the Touch Bar.

Touch ID provides advanced security for everything you do. Unlock your MacBook securely, use Apple Pay without remembering your password, and access private files with just your fingerprint.

Razor thin and feather light

Take your MacBook Pro with you wherever you are - the library, the daily commute, an important business meeting. It's razor thin at 14.9 mm and feather light at just 1.37 kg.

You've got up to 10 hours of battery life when you're using it non-stop. Perfect for a full working day and beyond.

Brilliant Retina display

Enjoy enhanced videos, images, and games with the enhanced Retina display that's brighter and more colourful than previous generations. The LED backlit display offers true-to-life images with vivid, realistic details – essential for graphic design, colour grading, and editing.

True Tone technology automatically adjusts the images you see to the lighting around you – so everything looks great whether you're finishing an edit late at night or in bright sunlight.

Functional features

Type comfortably and silently. The keyboard is designed to give you loads of room to gesture and click, and no matter how quickly you're typing out an email, you won't disturb people around you.

Tired of figuring out which cable does what? The MacBook Pro has Thunderbolt 3, so you can connect to monitors, charge up your phone, or transfer data from the same port. Easy.

That’s perfectly understandable! The MacBook Pro does have some significant improvements in my opinion!
What’s the major difference between air and pro?

What’s the major difference between air and pro?

MacBook Pro “Pros”:

- Touchbar, surprisingly helpful, don’t have to remember keyboard shortcuts for applications (Such as the Microsoft Suite)
- Quad Core processor vs Dual Core -> Massive performance gains!
- Better Graphics Chip -> Better for Games and Graphic Intensive Task (I.e Photoshop)
- Brighter and more colour accurate display
- Better speakers
A good price for a Pro model but can't believe they sell it with this spec.

128gb won't get you very far with OS and Applications taking a fair bit of that (My pro uses 13GB on OS/System and another 20GB on APPs but this can go up a lot especially if your using Adobe CC) up so realistically if you need a 'pro' machine you're looking at least the next step up £1200 for the silver 256gb.

8GB Ram also. This is a pretty low spec pro, might be worth ramping up an air if you want to pay around this.
I like Apple products but 128gb at this price point is a bit of a joke

I’ve got this Model and it’s been fine for Video Editing. Not sure about Adobe suite. Sure sometimes I have to delete the Render Files for Final Cut but other than that it’s fine!

It’s been alright for me! Thunderbolt 3 means you could expand if needed!

This is the sort of thing that escalates quickly and becomes annoying fast though for me. No one wants to buy new and immediately have to think about compromise.

For me working with Adobe knowing the processing files can eat a chunk of space especially if you've got a few projects on the go at once or a long term project (especially PP/AE).
41021622-CZwyN.jpgCould get a quad core i5 air with 256gb new model for £1099. £988 with UNiDAYS.

There’s benefits to both, I still prefer the Pro! Despite both being Quad Cores better thermals on the Pro means it’ll perform up to 65% better in benchmarks, which will translate to day to day usage.
Is this one of the models with the keyboard that stops working due to dust & dirt getting inside?

What an original comment... no as it’s the fourth generation so no reported issues yet.

It's going to take a long time to trust Apple hardware.
