Hi Guys

I have phoned o2 today to cancel my contract and move to BT Sim 20GB for £15 a month. It took ages to connect to o2. You must wait at least 20-30 minutes. I told them I wanna leave cancel my contract and get Pac code.

They asked why? I explained them that I found better deal with BT £15 a month and £80 Amazon Voucher.

She said to me She will price match and give me FREE Jabra Wireless headphones worth £159 or so. ( don't know if it worths that much but I found cheapest £99 online.

So if you are due to renew or can renew now give them a call and get your sim only deal for cheaper with a free headset.

good deal. will wait for someone to confirm.. mine is not expiring until July unfortunately

I was offered this same deal as a retention yesterday for £16.

In the end I went with the 12m 5GB unlimited SIM Only deal for £12 month with no free gift.

Sounds good! Do you know which model of headphones you got offered?

They offered me the same deal for £20 plus ue bluetooth speaker worth £169 but you can buy that today on there web site for £69.
So BT is looking good at £15 plus £80 amazon, quidco site down so cnt check there offer as well

Also notived on BT site they've offered me 76meg fiber for £15/M for 24 month contract - will check that out my 1st year is up next month

They won't budge from £20. Tried 5 times, they just kept to the script and told me i get O2 priority ringdings.

o2 do take ages to answer these days. like 45 mins!

I think it could be time to move to BT as to the priority stuff I've more de-icer and screen wash from Halfords and don't forget the GT spray other than that I never get to use the others, Used the £1 meal deal once.
