Good deal we are still way too expensive compared to our European counterparts.
Easy to claim by uploading the bill, takes only few days to see cashback on your account.

Does fonehouse use electronic bill submitting, or do you have to print and post?

Has anyone managed to transfer numbers from one EE contract to another EE contract recently? I know this was a bit of a pain last time I did this a few years ago and resulted in me having to port my number to a different provider before I could re-port it back to EE.
I got one of these in Jan and I am so glad I did - def. get my cashback quick too!

I did it 2 weeks ago, ended up buying a Vodafone sim and transferring number to them and getting a pac code again from them. Took about 10 days but I think there’s a new law that came in last week that you get a pac code within 24 hours
What happens if Fonehouse goes bust? Do you have to continue paying the full contract without cashback?
How does the cash back work? Dribs and drabs or a lump sum?

Yeah i have, you have to basically buy another networks sim (wait 24 hours), change it to that and then change it back to EE.

I was forced to do this because EE wasn't offering the best deal and couldn't match what i found online, took around two days to completely change the number over

All remain the same, I took this Fonehouse plan 2 weeks ago and have to port my number from EE > Vodafone payg sim > EE.

PAC code can be request via online account or by text, don't need to speak to their helpline.
Good deal, but for £22 a month I'd expect wider roaming than just EU

which countries? i actually think we're reasonably cheap tbh.

i travel to spain a lot and find UK very well priced in comparison.

Except that if you claim the regular cashback it's not £20 a month and for £8 a months you will realise that it is a bargain.
Great if you can carfuffle the cashback

Hi,
Can you describe the exact sim you used, how much it cost, and exactly the timescales of each stage please.
Can you transfer out of the PAYG sim that quickly?
Want to do this but dont want to be adrift for 2 weeks.

Thanks

id rather stick to mobiles.co.uk as they are owed by Dixons, less chance of that going bust vs fonehouse which has 22 stores. Could become another phones4u
