Wow this seems really cheap even at full price, even got a man in one of the pics, wonder if to get it for my 16 year old son?
Bargain! Take the rubbish stickers off and put some branded ones on there the kids will never know the difference.

I'm 26, 5 foot 11 and still use my 20 inch bmx all the time. I find it easier to get around on than my massive mountain bike. I would say though at 16 they may not want to ride round on the Tesco/unknown branded one.
Super price - grab one while you can!!
Good Price - just ordered/bought our son a BMX for christmas from Toys R Us - was £79.99 but got it last weekend with the 20% code, so came in at £64.99, which I felt was still a good price for a 20" BMX.

This would have been just as good, but he'd seen and tried the one at Toys R Us, and said he liked that one.

Heat added anyway.
I need an 18 inch! gutted
Reviews aren't good, and yeah you're right his street tred would be gone riding this! lol Thought it would ne easier for his paper round than his mountain bike. Hey ho, may be good for some other members. Good find OP x
Bought one about a month ago for my son as a spare.

Have had to replace both brake cables, the chain seems to be off the crank more than its on as it works itself loose for some reason, have had to adjust the rear wheel several time due to this, still happens.
Just now its sitting in the back of the garage, as my son doesn't feel safe on it due to the chain coming off constantly, (one night he came home from school in tears as he had to push it home).

Brought one of these for my son as his other bike had broke thought it would last him until his birthday, he has had no problems and loves it. I think its great for the price
purchased 2 for my boys, thanks and heat added. free collection next day the store is an extra bonus.

Have you tried taking one of the links out. Sounds like the chain has stretched, this could happen on most bikes. Not the best quality parts used on these type of bikes. Or go down to your local bike shop and get a new chain. That should do the job.
brought 2 for my kids thanks a lot saved me £70
The stuff I used to put my BMX through, I really wouldn't feel safe knowing how much this one costs :\
Got the better looking yellow one when that was £35 for my 7 year old who destroys bikes and it's holding up well. Same quality as the overpriced rubbish in ToysRus, take that how you will, but are fine for kids knockabout riding, a proper BMX they are not.

B*gger - was hunting for a cheap bike for my lad last week. Bought one at the weekend :-( Voted hot tho x
is this good for adults? I needy replacement, my neighbour accidently burnt my shed along with everything in it, including my mountain bike. need a good run around!

will this be ok? I'm 26 and 5'11
Yep got one of these - be prepared to replace:

breaks
wheels
chain
peddles
inner tubes

Buy a proper bike form proper bike shop, with proper warranty and set up properly.

Dangerous and you will need to replace parts almost immediately.
ordered !!!! for this price , you can throw away after 12 months , and thats when the warrenty ends too,

woow 12 months bike riding for £32.50 !!!
My son has this bike. Poor quality. Chain snapped a couple of times, buckle peddle axles, nuts and washers made of soft metal.
just need helmets now any going cheap

Same with mine. It is useless as the chain comes off 80% of the time.

The wheel alignment is not correct and that creates problem with brakes.

Avoid at any cost if you want peace.

"Brought..." - arghhhhhh!
Thanks ordered 1 just to sell it on for a profit ;-)
Nice one - Bagged 1 for my son
Son got one of these but had to return it as the brakes didnt work, replacement seems better

quality isnt great but my son only uses it for bmxing (ha has a better bike for general biking) - worth the money though

brake mechanism is appalling though so only use for occassional use - i wouldnt use it on a road either

nb. it doesnt come with any bmx bars on the back wheel

Take it back - just because it's cheap it should still work properly - I'm sure Tesco will give you a refund.

The chain sprocket is made of a cheap metal on these and can bend easily with the result that the chain keeps coming off.

£32 is a great price, but if it doesn't work, take it back.
thanks, ordered this will take a gamble.. just hope its not as bad as some people have written. I'll be taking it back if it is!
Thanks! I have been looking this week for a cheap bike for my 10 yr old son.
I don't think you can go too far wrong if you are buying for a child. For this price it's a bargain, even if it only lasts 12 months.
HOT HOT HOT AND THANK YOU

You don't need a bike, you need to move :-)
