Seems ok if your a female and just want to tone, as noway near heavy …Seems ok if your a female and just want to tone, as noway near heavy enough for most men or to build muscle

Wowwww, I see sexism is still alive. And who says everyone wants to build muscle? Perhaps some men just want to stay healthy, perhaps with a HIIT session? Maybe there are men rehabilitating from injuries?
Sorry if you're not creative enough to work these into a routine, and sorry if you're so vain you only see building muscle as the point of a workout.

Yours truly, a woman who lifts 90kg...
Sports direct, no thanks

Agreed, I’d be surprised to most men use a 10kg dumbbell to isolate a rear deltoid

I agree that the weights could be used for rehabbing injuries, but I don't think he's being sexist - generally women aren't close to being in the same league as men as far as strength is concerned, they're not built to be - that's science

From my experience of introducing people to weightlifting, the average man could walk into a gym for the first time and lift 90kg without much of a problem
